Morrisville, NC They outsourced my delivery to grub hub. Gave them someone else's order to bring to me. Then they refused to... answer the phone to fix things. Kept hanging up on me and transfered me to a line that rang for 15 minutes until itdisconnected. They did that twice. I then called customer service and after 10 minutes of filing a complaint and telling themwhat the store has been doing to me, I was offered a 2 pizza coupon code that was less than the value of my order I can use at alater date in lue of a refund. When I scoffed at that and pressed for a refund they said I needed to hang up and call the storedirectly for a refund, or wait 3-5 business days for upper management to contact me via email. NONE OF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. Neveragain pizza hut...never. Everything has been recorded. You can't take advantage of people like this. Read more
Very poor and unprofessional staff - read the latest reviews for a common theme at this location. The manager here is just... irritated with life it seems and cannot be bothered. Making a pizza seems to be one of life's greater challenges for this team. Read more
Would not recommend delivery. My driver held my pizza until I tipped him. Because I didn?t tip on my credit card he would not... leave it at my door instead he took it back to his car and said are you going to leave a tip. I felt intimidated and obligatedto tip in order to get my food. I misunderstood the delivery and thought it was the tip so he quickly explained it was not thetip. As far as the pizza goes it was decent barely any cheese on some of the slices. Read more
No happy, at all, called at 7:58pm to order a mini personal pizza, arrived at store at 8:30 to pick up and pizza was gaining to... me at 8:45 pm. If next time goes better I?ll change this rating accordingly. On the other hand pic a was really good andtasty. I?ll call again. Read more
My first time coming this establishment truly made my day. I ordered the large one topping original pan with the extra beef and... cheese. All jokes aside; the pizza not only looked amazing - the taste is CRAZY GOOD !!! ON GOD !!! NO CAP !!! No disrespect; Idon't remember the melanated lady that greeted me, but her energy is very warm and welcoming. Definitely a go to spot for mebecause we all know ; not all Pizza Huts are the same. Will never get delivery from here again. I?ve had a pretty good pick up experience from them before so I definitely didn?t... expect to see this after someone harshly banged on the door and left my food on the ground. Tried calling multiple times with noresponse. Read more
Ordered delivery, pizza arrived smashed and without a quality seal. Pizza also was made wrong. Driver literally dropped it at... the door and ran before I could say anything. I attempted to call the store to resolve the issue, but gave up after sitting onhold for 15min. I submitted a formal complaint to pizzahut.com, and gave them several weeks to respond before posting thisreview, but I never heard back. The only reason I didn't provide 1 star is that I have had prior good experiences here. Clearlysomething has changed though. Read more
I ordered pizza to be delivered at 7pm the driver left the store at 6:42 and it got to my house at 7:20pm (mind you I live 8... minutes from the store). The driver didn?t have it in the bag to keep it warm so when we got it it was cold. For $24 I at leastexpected the pizza to be warm?! Read more
