This was our first time trying Randy's pizza and we absolutely loved it. We ordered a large onion and sausage pizza. The crust... was flavorful, soft and crunchy. I placed an order at 6:00 tonight. I was quoted a delivery time of one hour. By 7:30, my pizza had not arrived. I called the... store. They assured me that it was on the way and my delivery driver was Tyler. At 8:02, I called again to ask for my moneyback. The employee that answered said ?k? and placed me an a long hold. What I assume is the manager on duty came to the phoneand asked how he could help. I told him that I just wanted my money back. He proceeded to argue with me over the quoted deliverytime (he said that he was SURE that I was NOT quoted an hour and that they had been quoting 1.5 hour wait times. Again, this wasafter 8 PM, so still long after the SUPPOSEDLY quoted time) and said he could not give me a refund. After several failedattempts to reason with him, my partner took over the conversation. The manager continued to talk over and argue with my partneruntil he hung up on us. My partner had to go up to the store where the manager proceeded to argue and refuse a refund.Meanwhile, a girl in the kitchen was chiming in with her unwelcome and disrespectful comments. After the exchange became moreheated in front of customers and staff, the manager finally honored the refund. It really should have not been this hard. Themanager should not have argued with us. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. My partner and I haveover 30 years of restaurant experience combined and have a deep respect for the industry. Everything about this situation waswrong and handled very poorly. The initial (and peaceful) desired outcome (a refund) was achieved, but not without greatdisrespect from the staff to (what used to be) loyal customers. Tonight we placed an order and find out after about forty minutes that it had been cancelled because they were busy. We are... devastated, but saw this as an opportunity to say that Randy?s pizza is awesome. We decided that instead of being upset we?regoing to be happy for Randy because he?s so busy making delicious pizzas and the best delivery wings you?ll have. We?re notgoing anywhere Randy. Cheers! Ordered one slice and some fries and been waiting 30-45 minutes. Still waiting as I write this review actually. Family of 4... comes in after me and orders for 4 and get all of their food before me. Even more food after the initial slices they ordered. This is also the second time I?ve been disrespected at this location. I wont speculate on why because it could have been just amistake this time but oh well. The Location on Miami has never treated me this way ever. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THISLOCATION. Read more

Let me begin with the fact the pizza was good , but I have to say they have to step up with the service , for one they served me... my slice on a bare pan with no plate or paper which I thought was un sanitary consider where the pan are places which is on topof the garbage after use , then I ordered hot wings and was served boneless hot wings and was never given the option of bonelessor traditional, the young lady behind the counter who took my order looked miserable and appeared to wanna be on her phonerather then attending to me and my order . The pie was in the ny style for sure. The right. Taste. The issues I had were in the prep. The toppings were uneven at best. I... had 3 toppings and 1/2 of the pie only had 1 in addition to cheese. Usually Randy's pizza is pretty good. This time around not so good. I know this pizza is as close as you can get to a New York... slice, but this pizza was nowhere close. It tastes like I was eating cardboard with parse cheese and a couple of pepperoni. Veryvery thin. Did not enjoy it. I was hungry and ate what I could. Still a waste of my money.?? Read more

My first impression of Randy's was that the staff was as friendly as a brick wall! I went in the first time for lunch, I ordered... some slices, a side of meatballs, waited, got my food, paid for it, and as I'm walking out the door I realized that at NO pointdid anyone say ANYTHING to me! Not even a "hi" or "thank you"... not even a smile!!!! It was horrible! I mean this literally,not a single word was spoken back to me the entire time! The pizza was nice huge slices but underwhelmingly below average.Meatballs, definitely frozen and not very good. I did go in 2 additional times to give this place a fair shot.
