I am a frequent customer of Sheetz! Highly disappointed with service behind the food/shake counter! All time favorite drink is... the Strawberry Pina Colada. However, today this lady made it completely different leaving the syrup at the bottom of the cup!Not only that, it was not blended properly struggled to drink it with the straws provided due to all the ice chunks!. Only complaint is that they have been out of the fried oreos due to supply issues but have an entire display of oreos on the... shelf. Not a huge deal, just humorous. Read more
Listen I love sheetz man ya know it?s quick and awesome but this time was a little lacking and I don?t totally blame the girl... who made my food as she was literally the only one working on food as the orders were pouring in quick I was in there 20 minutesI?m a patient man I wasn?t upset about the time but I got a app sampler as I have ordered before and it just wasn?t great. Iordered Mac and cheese bites tots and boneless bites I ordered sour cream and ranch dips. I got one Mac bite ten tots and 2boneless bites and my sour cream was completely liquid. Food was still hot by the time I got home but this items never like thatso idk what happened but I hope it gets better next time. What the sheetz is this? I thought I was getting cheap gas today... NOT. Signs are all sorts of wrong. Lowest price is off by 15... cents... Also, they sell grade 87 and 89 not 87 and 88... Lastly, their 87 grade gas is supposed to be the best priced one andis in the wrong spot on the street sign.. Marketing disaster if you ask me.... LOL ???????? Read more

Mostly have a pleasant visit at Sheetz However, today was a different experience. I had ordered the 2 hot dog meal and as I... remembered that they wrap the hot dogs together I asked if I could get them wrapped individually and with an attitude was toldit was too late and I should of told her before hand.... when I did receive my order I asked if I could get a loose wrap so Icould do it myself and was met with an annoyed sigh as if saying I am frustrating them .... this is not professional behaviorand to be honest she should have just accommodated me instead of giving me an attitude.... this type of behavior should not gounchecked ...... treat customers with respect and professionalism Read more
