The smoothies seem more icey than before and the consistency is not the same every time . I love the pumpkin smoothies but I... feel they started leaving out the spice recently maybe to save money. I have been a loyal customer, and enjoy the smoothies. The smoothies are consistent, and I like the rewards program. One day I... wanted to know what the sugar amount was in one of the blends. I called and the man I spoke with was very unfriendly, and toldme that he didn?t want to help me since he was busy with other people and hung up. He wouldn?t help when I called back later. I've been going here for years, love Smoothie King. However, the flavor is inconsistent. I typically get the same smoothie with... the same enhancements every time. Every now and then it would taste near flavorless and it was lighter in color. The first time,I figured it was a fluke. The second time I went back and had it remade. Then I noticed that every time it tasted nearflavorless the male owner had made it. One time I said something to him and he said he just follows the recipe. Unfortunately,this had lead me to not go as much since I have no idea his work schedule. Tried it again this week... same result, same personworking. :( Read more
I?ve been 3 different times and each time has been wonderful. Friendly staff, eager to help; easy to read and comprehend menu;... quick efficient service. As a pregnant lady who has a picky palate and a regular work out routine, I really appreciate thisplace. Decent price and if you pick the right thing, it can keep you full for a few hours. Read more
I got 2 smoothies and they both had the consistency of an icee. A few sips and all that was left was a pile of snowy ice. For... what it's worth this spot is normally alright, but today the staff was not interested and even had to wipe all the extra liquidoff the cups and didn't realize that these were made too watery. I go to smoothie kings a lot and have come to expectconsistency, but this was very disappointing. I hope some bad reviews may encourage better training. Read more
Really great smoothies and great customer service. Nice and clean, few tables and chairs if you want to sit for a while.
This place needs to be investigated when it come to hiring process. My daughter had a interview with the lady carol that works... there . She was very unprofessional to my daughter!!! Asking her weird questions that didn?t have nothing to do with the hiringprocess. She was belittling my daughter the hold interview. Instead of her taking the the out to get to know my daughter workhistory. Carol the manager was to busy being racist towards my daughter! When carol set up the interview she was nice . But oncemy daughter got there her hold demeanor changed towards my child . I will be calling corporate because no telling how many blackpeople she done treating wrong to because of the color of there skin . I will never reference anyone to apply here!
