I wish I had gotten her name, but the gal on the register was an absolute peach. She was so sweet and helpful. While I was... waiting she was assisting her fellow co-workers and seemed to have boundless enthusiasm. The workers are always amazing and kind but the coffee I get from this location is always super watered down and barely taste... like coffee. The starbucks inside the Target nearby taste soooo much better. Read more
This Starbucks is not on par with what you expect with the Starbucks brand. I?ve waited awhile to write this review but today... sealed the deal. To start, the drinks are never the same. They are always different and unlike any other Starbucks. Today, thecredit card machine was down. The only form of payment was cash. No problem with the exception that there wasn?t a sign oranything to let you know until you got to the speaker. Of course, they also couldn?t take mobile payment. Frustrated because nowI?m stuck in a line I can?t get out of, I told them they should put a sign at the beginning of the drive thru. Another femalespoke up VERY LOUDLY, screaming through the microphone saying ?We only take cash!? Starbucks. Just close this location or hirenew workers. Unacceptable. Read more

First time negative experience at Starbucks! The server, Kyle, blamed me for asking for sugars and cream when I picked up my... coffee!! Instead of asking me if I need sugars and cream for my order, he indicated I caused too much work for him.
