I usually only go to Wendy's when it's late night when most other things are closed. This is one that you want to stay away from... late night. The food is very poor quality not made very well and kind of slapped together. I ordered a burger there. Then parkedin the parking lot to eat my food, and there must have been a gallon of mayo on a burger. It felt very intentional. There was noweird moments while ordering the food. I was very kind. I just cannot figure out why there was so much mayo. I think they'relate night shift just kind of clowns around. Read more

Was here around 5pm on November 22, 2022. I was at the drive thru (had to wait about 10 minutes in line) and the girl on the... speaker had the WORST attitude telling me to order inside the restaurant when other cars before me didn?t have to. I asked herwhy do I need to order inside when I?m at the drive thru and she didn?t even give me a valid reason, just says to order insidewith an attitude in her voice. She was beyond rude and I decided to skip out on ordering from this place. Read more

My double baconator Pattie?s overcooked. Fries were old. You have to check your drive in food right there so you could have them... changed. Shane you have to do that. Poor quality by the employees that probably are not happy with salary. So stop working there Read more

Why isn't dining room open 2.5 years after pandemic? What preventing this? Is it just this location or all Wendys? Now, buying 2... meals costs me $22. When did this happen? It seems like a few years ago it was about $12. Inflation, I guess, but this seemsexcessive. Frostys are shrinking also. I think they are using the small Frostys cup for a medium now but the employees denythis. Also, what's with all the trash in the parking lot? Every time I go there the garbage can outside is stuffed full andpeople just place their trash outside of it where the wind blows it around the parking lot. Do none of the employees includingthe manager inside the restaurant not see this? Read more

Showed up 30 minutes before scheduled closing time and was ignored in the drive thru for 15 minutes. When I pulled around one of... the employees was sitting next to the window just staring as I drove by. Completely terrible customer service. Read more

This establishment is the worst I?ve encountered in the fast food industry. I?ve lived all over being former military. Never... have I been treated with such disrespect or regard for what I asked for. The young lady who is supposed to be taking the orderscouldn?t be bothered with me as she had her mic pushed down past her mouth towards her neck. I know this because while I wastthe 5th car in-line complaining that we couldn?t hear her, when I pulled up, well guess where the mic was! Also the gentlemanwho was supposed to finish the transaction and I told him I had a problem became combative with me. I will never go there againand do what I can to get this floundering place to go away, much like the Friendlys is! You do not become combative withcustomers ever! That?s why you can always call law enforcement! No this child just wanted to try and start a fight to makehimself feel strong. You lost a customer for life and gained an advocate for getting you to leave!!! Read more

They are pretty fast. But hard of hearing.due to The staff you can hear over you placing your order. Sugar cookies not done... enough for my liking. To much ice in the tea yes I know it's hot but still to much ice. Read more

Wendy?s spicy chicken is my favorite. Even though other big food stores try to make spicy chicken but that doesn?t taste like... Wendy?s chicken. It?s so mouthwatering and delicious! This location was great with cleanliness and service. Staff are friendlyand smiling towards customers that always makes me feel happy about the place. A genuine smile is always a key to the greatcustomer experience, which makes customers happy and return to the store again. Read more
