The worst example of a Dunkin donuts I've ever experienced. The lobby service is terrible. They often only take cash, if the... lobby is even open. And rest assured the drive through line is wrapped around the building. I have left mad and empty handed onmultiple occasions. ???????? Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is always horrible and employees are unprofessional, border line unsanitary. I watched... a girl pulling on her lips while discussing a customer order and a man pulling his pants up then sticking his hands in a bagthen proceeding to get donuts. Neither had gloves and continued to make drinks and grab donuts without washing their hands. Read more
Every other trip to this location they screw up even the simplest of orders.the wait is completely ridiculous and I can't tell... if the people working there are capable of even the simplest of tasks.also the inside where they work is completely filthy. Read more
Waited in the drive thru again for 15 to 20 minutes (yeah, just hoping their faster this time). Wrong order again. Went in to... correct their incompetence only to be asked, "do you want a new one ?" Oh "you can throw that one out". Waited another 10minutes for the correct coffee. No apology. Read more
This has been one of the worst fast food restaurants I?ve ever been to it?s on my way to work so I have stopped there quite a... few times but pretty much every time they either have the lobby blocked off the last time I was there they will let me walk inand let me sit there at the register for 5 to 10 minutes just to tell me that the lobby is closed The woman refused to take myorder even though I was already in the lobby for 10 mins and refused to even give me her name she told me I have to go throughthe drive-through in which there was a huge line. I hate to make a bad review, but this is just too much. The last 5 times have been terrible. I understood the first 3 times,... because of training etc. I tip good everytime, just too pull off and see both times i got 0 sugar . Other times iv gotnothing but cream. I dont like to complain or cause a scene , or was on quick lunch break and have to deal with it. I dont mindwaiting, tiping, and being polite. But to not get what i ordered time and time again is frustrating. I literally throw them away EVERYTIME because its never what i asked for. My orders are simple cream, sugar, carmel thats it. I hate to give a place like Dunkin' Donuts a low rating. I only go for coffee, and I'm sure the bagels and donuts are up to... par. But this place has the slowest service I have ever experienced. I went 3 days in a row (I'm not a masochistic, but Ineeded coffee). Day 1, 45 min wait in line at drive through. There were people standing outside waiting to get in at 9:30 amon a Saturday, and once you get on the drive through line, you are stuck. Day 2, around 9 am on Sunday. No crowd, 1 customerat the counter, at least 6 people milling around behind the counter, and it took 10+ minutes to get a coffee. Day 3, around8:30 am on Monday. A few people on line, and similar problems. These guys really need to work on service! Read more
