I?ve never had an employee speak to me like the women with shoulder length hair arm tats did on Saturday!. I proved my order was... paid for via debit card yet cause something happened & they couldn?t find my order the women so rudely spoke at me like I wasless then nothing as if I couldn?t understand English & in front of everyone! She claimed the transaction saying ?pending? wouldjust disappear off my Bank Account, even though I showed her the amount was already taken from the overall total of my accountshe still claimed I was stupid & I paid for the same order twice! Idk who this women is but customer service isn?t a line ofwork she should be in, in fact any line of work where she isn?t right all the time isn?t for her!. Place is disgusting. Found a hair in my cheeseburger today. I was so grossed out counter lady offered to make me a new one and... it honestly didn?t taste right. I love McDonald?s but won?t be going back to this location for awhile. Hygiene is veryimportant in the food industry and hairnets. Food safety is very important. Read more
I only recommend if in a pinch. They have always been there for me, in just about every decent size town.
Staff are really working hard here. Seems really short staffed with one girl taking orders, making food, and doing drive... through. She made sure to tell customers and apologize. That?s a lot for one person. Pls be kind. Also If she?s doing one jobthat would usually have 3 or 4 people, I hope her pay is reflecting this and the stress. Read more
So couple days ago we came here (wasn?t busy) someone?s infront of us and I see the window people clearly forgot something... because they had to get there attention to get the rest of there stuff, didn?t think anything of it. Our turn now. One of thethings i ordered was 2 chocolate milk shakes and they tried giving me 2 chocolate milks. So I told them all fixed. Then theyfinished and closed the window and I had to wait to get there attention bc they forgot my sons happy meal. So then we leave toonly realize they also forgot our soda. And whatever stuff happens so it didn?t really bother me too much. Well we go againtonight and one of the things ordered was was a plain bacon cheeseburger. It definitely came plain lol not even the cheese whichwas asked for lol. Problem is, there was cheese and pickles and whatever else they put on it which was obviously not right soinstead of making a new one they just decide to scrape it all off! And you can see very clear there was cheese and pickles andsauces on it they just chose to take it off. For 1 what about people who are allergic to stuff??? There?s a reason people orderstuff a certain way. If they would of just added a new piece of cheese I wouldn?t of known until it was in my mouth. 2.Personally I think that?s just disgusting to make something wrong and just take it back off rather then making a new one. Ididn?t realize people are so lazy there. I?d understand if it was busy but that?s why I don?t go there if they?re busy bcliterally every timeeeeee they forget or mess something up but yet come to realize even on slow times the same thing ishappening. The team has definitely stepped up their game. I was upset because a few years ago my favorite drink was removed. The manager on... duty said that she could add Oreo to my coffee mocha frappe. Always smiling faces and orders are rarely wrong. Read more
