I had chosen this place in advance after reading the reviews others had posted. And we were not disappointed ???? We were seated... at one of ?Steve?s Corner? tables. The food was delicious and the service was efficient and friendly. We?re happy with ourchoice and will return on our next visit to Morro Bay. Read more

Love this place! Definitely a must-visit when we're in Morro Bay. Don't miss out on the amazing and HUGE cinnamon roll. The... biscuits are so good and I loved how huge the portions are. The pricing is pretty standard and the service is awesome!!! Read more

Place is nice, lots of old country kitchen vibes. Waitress needed a break but overall staff was great. Food was good, good... portions & very filling, decent prices. Cinnamon roll was good, could of used some more cinnamon but great texture. Orange juiceand lemonade weren?t anything special. They also have a quaint little gift shop attached with cool home goods and noveltyknickknacks. Definitely worth stopping in to eat if you want something classic and aren?t wanting a fish & chips type seafoodspot. Read more

Wanted to try a new place and chose Carla's Country Kitchen. The place was hopping, plenty of customers and even with a long... line it was a very short wait. Staff was great, very attentive, fully bustling, cleaning tables, and moving them around toaccommodate parties of various sizes. I had the ground beef scramble with green chilies and a side of gravy. The wife had twoeggs bacon and biscuits. Both meals were good. Entire party must be present in order to be seated. Right by the water. Noproblem parking. Bacon with crispy but had a strange flavor underwhelming almost like it was cooked in butter. Read more

We ate there this morning not long after they opened up. They had a lot of regulars and they very much love on them, as they... should. Our service was fine, but not as warm and friendly. My husband's decaf coffee was served lukewarm, and most of myhashbrowns were cool to warm. My husband did ask for hot coffee and our server fixed that issue. There weren't a lot of peoplethere, but we felt rushed. She brought our ticket when I was only half done with my breakfast, my coffee cup was empty, and soforth. My husband asked her for another orange juice, and a coffee refill for me, as well as some water. He had BlueberryPancakes and I had French Toast. I did ask if they have any other flavor of syrup. They had boysenberry which is my favorite. That really made the pancakes and French Toast special. It was good food and service, but not great. Oh, the gift shop isreally cute!!! Sadly, there was no Morro Bay merchandise that I could find. However, if you are just looking for a gift, youwill find so many great options there. Read more

Service was good, omelette not so much. We ordered the vegetarian omelette which literally had huge pieces of broccoli florets... in it- I wish it was chopped up. Too cheesy too. The other thing we ordered was Mediterranean scramble and it was quite astrange mix of things. It did not taste good. Read more

This was a great find in Morro Bay. Our waiter was so nice and called his customers family. The pancakes melted in your mouth,... the omelet was one of the best we have ever tasted and the salsa finished it off to perfection. This will definitely be a returnstopping place on return visits to the area. Read more
