I reported this to management in corporate. The guy working the drive thru on 8/30 gave me the wrong change, apologized... unprofessionally making it super awkward, and then proceeded to text someone while counting money. If he wasn?t texting whileworking maybe he wouldn?t be breaking policy and almost robbing me of my change. This happened to the person in front of me aswell. Normally not great. I've had my order messed up many times before. I was craving Tbell so I took the chance. Every one was very... nice. There was a wait but the food was made well and I got everything in my bag that I ordered.:) well worth the wait. Peopleshould chill cuz the food biz is hard work and you never get the credit deserved. Read more

This by far was the worst taco bell I have ever been to! I do belive it stems from very poor management. It took 30 mins for my... order that was forgotten about. Manager was extremely rude and then tried to lie about forgetting my order, not to mention myorder was all wrong and the manager was agitated by the fact that I called him out on his poor service. I eat taco bellregularly and have never had this problem. ..I will never step foot in the morro bay taco bell ever! Other customers I wasspeaking with say that this is the normal for this particular taco bell. As a manager myself....I was appalled! They need to getit together! Read more

5 stars for the staff as this location has been understaffed for months and the wait time is not their fault. If the app charged... you take it up with taco bell on twitter or through the app they'll refund you. The staff also always loads my tacos up high andalways does my subs or adjustments right. Staffing issues fall on taco bell corporate not them they're making minimum and doingtheir best. Read more

I work 12 hr shifts and get off at 11:30pm most nights and often like to get food on my way home. I?ve gone twice for drive... through at 11:45 (they close at midnight) and after waiting for several minutes at the order box with no response I pull aroundto the window and am ignored by an employee for another several minutes before they finally come to the window to tell me thatthey are closed early. I don?t know what kind of staffing issues they are having but it is incredibly frustrating for them tonot only close earlier than they advertise, but leave the lights on and give the appearance of being open until midnight whenthey are not, thus wasting 10+ minutes of my time when I?m tired and hungry. I am not pleased and I will henceforth be taking mybusiness to other Taco Bells in the area. Read more

The food is good, but don't go at night. When they close down the indoor dining and go to just drive through, there were only... two people working and one wasn't making the food at all. They just worked the computer,and at some points they were justscrolling through their phone. They don't start making your food until you're at the window, which means it's hot and fresh, butwith just the one person making food, it takes FOREVER! We ordered ahead and waited in line for nearly 40 before we got ourfood. Read more
