Customer service does not exist. The was a person in the drive through window with white around her mouth, bad teeth and an... attitude. Placed an order here on line paid for my order and I arrived at 11:24 and the guy said they were closed and had closed 30min... prior to my arrival. The order was accepted on line and on line it says this location drive through closes at 12mid. The guy I?massuming is a shift leader or manager pointed to the sign on the drive through window stated what does that say? I by pass this location to go to another one. Nasty windows, doors.nasty coke fountain area. Finger prints everywhere. One... grease ball. Buns are always cold not warm. Employees hanging out smoking where even the people in Jonesboro can see them. Iwent inside one time and I seen an employee bag like he was homeless sitting in the lobby. Did I get served the day old sausage and hash browns?!?!?!! This happened twice at the Blk on Forest Pkwy and Jonesboro Rd. The... first time about two months ago??so I didn?t go there until today and waylaid!!!!!! The same thing. The food is OlD?..TastesOLD??and had specks of burn char on both the bread and sausage and the sausage was wrinkled like Waterlogged! I?m Shzkinh MyHead??won?t go there again! And both times the same heavyweight girl was working and serving at the drive through window! Andboth times??my hash browns were sticking together, even though they appeared to be over cooked ?.were they twice fried??????? Hmmmmmmmm. This is not good service. Read more
I haven't given a BK a 5 star review in a long time if ever but today is for a good reason. I stopped by to get a Whopper Jr... and decided on the Ch'King chicken sandwich and I'm glad I did. Pretty amazing sandwich. I got the regular not the spicy and thebreading is delicious. Chicken was perfectly cooked with mayo and pickles on it on a brioche type bun. Perfect with a smallcoke. The best part of the experience was the drive through service. The lady that took my order and money was wonderful. Hername was Santrice I believe (Sorry if I spelled it wrong!). If the world had more employees like her it would be a greater placeto live. She was very professional, extremely polite, very helpful with my selection and an absolute sweet person. That's whythis location deserves a 5 star for my business, that one employee made my day and in these tough times just knowing there aregreat employees out there like this (when no one else seems to want to come to work) is wonderful.
