Terrible customer service. I placed a order for Italian cheese bread and the young lady at the drive through window yelled back... I wanted pepperoni bread and I said I want Italian bread and she said it will be Italian with the attitude when I went in to getmy order it was pepperoni cheese bread then they act like they didn't have the seasoning for it and the lady gave me seasoningpackages. Placed an order on 08/12/22 Order Number: 089 Store Order ID: 461557 Customer Name: Miranda C Pickup Date Time: 08/12/2022 09:09... PM - 08/12/2022 09:14 PM. Arrived at 915 and was told order wasn't ready yet. To park in parking lot and wait to be signaled(employee waving out of drive thru window) that order was ready. Received email at 925 saying order was ready. Upon checkingorder for accuracy pizza was not hot and was not as ordered, wings were cold, and so were bread sticks. I was not given anysauce for bread sticks even tho I ordered it. Young lady at window seemed to be a little confused as what to do so I asked tospeak to the manager. Took at least another 5 minutes for supposed manager to come to window and once she did she just offeredan apology and a free drink for my wait. They did remake the order which was not done until around 10:10 which was to me to beabsolutely ridiculous. This was one of the worst customer service experiences that I've had by far! Read more
Went inside and had to wait 15 minutes to place order with only one person ahead of me. I asked if they had pepperoni stuff... crust, the cashier said yes but it would take 30 minutes I said that will be fine and I ordered them. My total was $28 forpepperoni stuff crust pizza (pepperoni was my only topping) and garlic parmesean wings, and that was without tip. I gave thecashier my money, she hands it back and said " i can't break that"and tells me to go nextdoor and get chagne. Then I have towait over an hour for my food. I got home and started eating only to find out the pizza is just stuffed not stuffed withpepperoni. I tried to call the restaurant and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. ILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I called in 1 pizza had to wait 30 more minutes in addition to my 20 min drive I asked the sales lady if it was correct 3 times... she said yes this one is correct I drove home and it?s the wrong order with meat that I haven?t eaten for 10 years I called backand they won?t pick up the phone after putting me on hold for 20 minutes now. Gave me this pizza, the quality was O.k overall I'm not complaining
I picked up my order in the drive through. I?m a regular customer of this specific location. Normally the food is always fresh..... My experience was very disappointing. I ordered a cheese pizza and the slices and sticks special, however there was nothingspecial about my order. My kids kept saying the pizza was hard. Although the meals were nice and tender. The pizza was very cheesy like the logo. Customer service here is terrible, one time i... placed an order of 5 pizzas they gave me a half bitten pizza box. How outrageous, that was a furious experience but another onethat?s even more infuriating was this one time they put pineapple on my pizza and I clearly stated for a cheese pizza. Theydisrespected me and mixed me up with another order. I got refunded half I payed and I?m never going to buy here again. This is the best location in the area! We walked in and Euodia greeted us a smile and was super professional. She asked me if it... was okay if it?s a 5 minutes wait on my order and was just super pleasant about the whole transaction. I had almost given up onLittle Caesars Pizza because the locations near here are dirty and have poor customer service. But I will definitely be comingback to this location. Read more
