Called said dining room open till 10:30got there at 10:05 doors locked. Went to drive thru ask lady said it closed At 10:00 I... said I had just called and you said open dinning till 10:30. Then ask to order milk shakes and they said machine was broken.Sorry service and they are lairs. Please address this problem I don?t think the machine was broken they just didn?t want toclean it up. The restaurant is almost completely self serve. I walked in and there were three staff members just talking at the front. You... have to order form the kiosk or an app now. The app is awful and the survey codes on the receipts do not work to leave negativefeedback. It takes forever to get your food because the staff just stands around talking, while many people are waiting. I heardone of the staff members say that the restaurant was dirtiest place to work and they kept cursing. There a was a person sittingat the table next to me and the staff kept coming out and talking to this lady instead of working. The lady was not a customershe was their friend who was hanging out. This is a hangout spot for the staff and they do not care about customer's, also theapp doe s not let you redeem rewards and is super difficult to use!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give negative stars. Everything about this establishment was disgusting. Bathroom looked like it hadn?t been... cleaned in years, food was flavorless and not at all fresh, trash everywhere, employees are rude and just stand around. Healthdepartment needs to shut this down. Read more
If you want to Dine-in, don't bother. They got rid of the wait staff. You order and pay from the Kiosk and pick up your food... when they call your name. They used to have that old-school dinner vibe, but not anymore. Use the drive-thru if you want Stake nShake and save yourself a lot of disappointment. Read more
Went thru the drive thru line on 08/07/2022 after leaving the storage unit with my mom and 2 kids to get a bite to eat we... thought. We sat in the line for about 10 mins and got to the window at 11:58 and John or Jon not sure of the spelling stated hetook his last order. I don?t think that was good customer service being that they closed at 12 AM and it was only one car behindme. I?ve worked several fast food restaurants and we take all of the orders until the time we actually closed and I will becalling corporate tomorrow morning. Read more
I was so disgusted today at this Morrow, GA location. My friend and I decided to go inside and dine in. As I was given my ... order I went to get my beverage and the entire machine was FILTHY, it appears that it had not been CLEANED for quite sometime. Looked like MOLD!!!???? I asked for the manager and a young woman came to the counter, I asked her to come around andlook at the beverage machine...she looks and says I'll have someone clean it up! I decided to go with the tea after that. My friend and I ate our food (fries NOT fresh!) and no one ever came out to clean the machine! I'd venture to guess they neverwill! The Sad thing is another customer pointed out they have a 100A score from the Health Department. Very concerning,interesting & scary!!!????
