Horrible service, dirty dishes they bring you wrapped in paper like you will not notice that it is still dirty. The food comes... out dry and especially the ribs. The only good experience I had was with my waitress other then that I see why they have 3 stars. And what make it so bad, they have corporate in the restaurant and the atmosphere and food is still horrible. When I did reachout to the man in the blue shirt, he was so unapologetic, really didn’t have any care or urgency. Drove an hour because it’s the nearest to my home to arrive to a roach at the door squash and the female hostess totally... ignorant and rude tells me I don’t have where to put you when I stated party of 5 she just kept stating I ain’t got no placefor you I asked what’s the wait time again she says same thing I asked an hour 2 she said I ain’t said that I ain’t saidthat walked away talking trash totally unacceptable. Ok where do I begin...first sitting down to a sticky half clean table...I ignore it ...I order a drink ...liquid diabetes... absolutely horrible!!! I'm like ok let me just give it a chance I'll feel better when I get my food...out comes my appetizerpotato skins...horrible smh...I'm like ok it can't get worse...yaaaay here comes my food first off...the plate was hot not thefood...??I'm upset but I try to make the best of it bc my daughter to be there after graduation today..as I start eating I'mlike ok not bad..then I start tasting dirt idk thought I was losing it...I ordered half rack of microwaved ribs ...dirty mashedpotatoes with a tag of dirt and lemon juiced broccoli to sum it up...you have been warned...nobody wears hair nets ..then to topit off...they add a 18% gratuity as if I wouldn't notice ...how the h!!!!! do you just add a tip you chose???I choose to tipwhat I want!!!! I order my food online. Ordering double crispy french fries, and didn’t get double or crispy. No sauce that I asked for to go... with my shrimp. It’s like when u order online they care like they would if you sat down inside. Either way I will not be back,because if I’m going to spend my money I would like the same service no matter how I get my food. Read more
Family ate: Kid's Chicken Tenders Kid's Sliders 1 Cheeseburger well done 1 Cheeseburger medium ...a couple of Alabama Slammers... orange drinks too. ???? The service was spectacular, food came as ordered, and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Bravo! Read more
The waitress was great, though T.G.I. Fridays' signature Cajun Shrimp and Pasta left much to be desired.
Food was pretty decent. Service was about the same. Not really any complaints but wasn't wowed by anything either. Would... definitely come back here but I'd prefer something different next time. Read more
Went in on a whim and really had a nice meal. Chicken Parm and the wife got a shrimp and chicken dish with maybe the best... mashed potatoes I ever tasted. Both our meals were very good.
