Stayed there for almost an hour and the cook tells the waitress not to take anymore orders at 2:55 pm on a Sunday. Just horrible... I went back in because my sons really wanted a waffle and some young lady came over to me shaking her head. The same person whowouldn't originally take my order. I was upset so an argument started and I told her to get out of my face. She stepped on myfoot. It's sad what customers have to deal with since the pandemic. Im being so serious right now, why do yall never answer the phone????? It?s not even midnight yet. I?ve literally driven to the... restaurant with the phone still ringing and seen the people walking around acting like they dont hear the phone ringing. Therewas literally no one inside. This waffle house is nice. It's in great location too if your looking to shop. Nice waitresses no flakes all real. My waitress... kept calling me papi.???? Nice lady though. If your on Mt. Zion check em out. It's right next to Costco. Thanks Waffle house youguys are consistent. Read more

Was more worried about Togo orders then the people that were there. Then shut down store to only do to go orders. All the tables... were dirty and they didn't want to clean them because they didn't want people sitting at them. Brought us coffee but no cream orsugar. After ten minutes brought cream but no sugar. Never got a refill. left my food sitting under the cook that kept reachingover it to make other plates because she was packing Togo orders. Horrible experience Read more
The cashier with the dreads and the cook with the dreads are the bomb. They always serve good hot food and they handle orders... assertive please don?t ever loose these two they work so well together! This is now my favorite Waffle House. Read more
Out of all of The Waffle Houses I've been to, this one was very mediocre. I normally get my usual large bacon egg and cheese... grit bowl with extra cheese and it was just Bland the Grits were running and had lumps.
