The fountain drinks always taste like there is a hint ofbbleach in them
Rewards are down, this is the second caseys in the last few weeks that I have went that he he sons kind of computer problems.... The one in normal has no cards. I was going to order food but I?m not going to now. I already wasted money on gas with nopoints. They could at least have a backup system for this reason. Just poor customer service. Caseys has really gone downhill.They don?t take care of their stores at all and severely underpay their employees. I?ve been a loyal customer for awhile but ithink I?ll be spending alot less here. Casey?s pizza tastes decent but the problem for me is that every time we call in for a deliver they always say we?re to out of... their range. Even though we live in Morton and clearly state that we are not on google maps because we built our house 3 yearsago they just won?t do it. We even explain that if you go a little farther down the street you?ll find us. I won?t be goingthrough all that trouble for a decent tasting pizza. Read more
Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and breadsticks. It arrived on time. Pizza was WAY overcooked. The crust wasn't even as thick... as usual. We always order pickles on this pizza... seemed they forgot the pickles and didn't realize it until after the pizzawas cooked, so they threw them on then re-cooked the pizza. It was very burnt! Still tasted OK flavor wise.... would have calledto complain, but we were super hungry and it already took an hour for the pizza to arrive. Never have we been disappointedbefore in this location... until tonight. Read more
Once of the largest, cleanest gas stations that shines clean time after time on every visit. It is a pleasure to be a customer... at this location, convienient location, highly sanitary and always smiling staff. Would be a great location to send newmanagers to for training. Read more
The Woes of Waiting True story I cannot fathom how HORRID their service was. I was sitting at home RAVENOUS while they took... nearly two hours to deliver the WRONG pizza. They made a MYRIAD of mistakes, from delivery time to the order itself. No amountof apologies or a FULL refund with a CORRECT FREE pizza will ever make up for the TRAUMA I faced while waiting oh so patientlyfor my ERRONEOUS pizza. I ended up eating microwaveable Jimmy Dean Pancakes and Sausages Bites. Needless to say, this was a verydepressing Sunday evening. I?m not mad, just disappointed.... and malnourished. If no stars were an option, I would followthrough with that action. But seeing this is not yet possible, I shall remain on this one star review until the beloved pizzaarrives. Picture is at 9:30 in the morning. No breakfast pizza. Ordered a breakfast pizza, was quoted ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25... minutes later after ordering, waited another 15 for pizza to be ready. Was standing there waiting right by the kitchen and theyknew which pizza we were waiting for. Soon as it came out, they cut it and set it on the warmer above the oven. Had to ask ?isthat our pizza??, then they asked what we ordered, checked it, then handed the pizza to me. Appears to be a serious issue in thekitchen. Never seems to be pizza whether it?s fresh or not during prime time hours for people to stop in and get breakfast. Read more
