I ordered at 6:34pm and got my order at 7:30pm so it was slow but my sandwiches were not cut in half and they brought no napkins... with them which was both specified on the ticket other than that the sandwiches were good. The Morton Jimmy John's has to be the worst Jimmy John's in the entire world. 45 min-1 hour late with deliveries, doesn't follow... leave at door instructions, most of the time doesn't give mayo packets when requested. Decided to give it a try after months ofnot ordering from there but seems nothing has changed unfortunately. These things happen more often than not so it's hard to bepatient. Decent if you go to the store, but they have absolutely the slowest lunch delivery of a Jimmy John's I have ever experienced. ... Definitely not remotely "freaky fast". Must be why you don't hear that anymore. Should change it to "slower than orderingpizza next door". Which actually has to go through an oven. Read more

I order from Jimmy Johns because I can usually count on them for their ?freaky fast? deliver when I have a busy day at the... office and need to get a quick lunch in. More than a couple times I?ve waited 30+ minutes for my delivery and it?s messed withmy lunch schedule. Sorry, but for a company that literally advertises and prides itself on being quick, this location is notcutting it. The food is typically good and usually they are nice but I?m ordering from them for the quick convenience. Read more
