First of all we did an online order, we had ordered 3 sandwiches, along with other items. They had no sandwiches because someone... forgot to thaw them from the freezer. Duh!!! The least they could have done was called to let us know. They had the number. Wehave had issues with this store in the past, not getting all of our food. Read more
Start placed online order after standing In there 40 minutes with the lady behind the counter talking to 2 boys playing around... the counter playing with the pick up tray and the condiments on the counter and doing push-ups on the counter they left. Thenshe got my food and said she was just trying to get me fresh food. I told her if she would stop talking and did her job that Iwould of had my food and she said I was no longer allowed there. Like I'd really want to go back there. Got home food was burntand gave me the wrong order so much for fresh. Ordered a meal that was displayed on the menu and was told they are no longer running that promotion that just haven't been able... to take down the sign. So I ordered a 12 piece meal. Waited 20 minutes after being asked to pull ahead. After 2 people behind merecieved their meals I went in to check on mine. They hadn't even started putting it together. Got home only to find out Irecieved 8 pieces, not 12. Tried calling the store several times for nobody to answer. Horrible service. Save yourself the $40from here and go to a decent restaurant. If I could give 0 stars & leave a review, I would. The entire restaurant smelled like sewage, we couldn't even eat there.... Horrible, permeating, strong sewage through the entire lobby. The staff spent the entire time at the back of the store ignoringthe front counter, multiple people had to yell to get service. The gravy in my famous bowl was basically just water, I didn'teat any of it & asked for a replacement. They brought out a clearly very quickly tossed together bowl with no shredded cheese &old popcorn chicken. Read more
They have really worked hard to turn this restaurant around. The staff is very friendly and the inside is spotless and very... nice. The food was good. Read more
