Fabulous sushi! Service was kind and attentive. The sushi was incredible. The best in the entire Peoria area in my opinion. The... ?Amazing Roll,? just as the name suggests was absolutely amazing. Came to this joint on my recent trip to Morton. Inside is pretty spacious w/additional seating at the sushi bar. I decided to... get a table during this visit. I ordered miso soup and sushi. The miso soup was tasty and not overly salty like some can behowever, it could have included more seaweed. In addition to the miso soup I ordered Ikura and a Naruto Rainbow roll. The ikurawas fresh and salty w/the always delectable pop. While the Naruto Rainbow roll was outstandingly refreshing as it was wrapped incucumber and not rice. Love love love this place! They have great fried dumplings and if you don't like sushi, get the hibachi. I could eat my weight... in sushi here! The Oyama and Morton rolls are my favorites! Read more
After a search of nearby sushi, I read a review that said, ?filled a Happy Fish sized hole in my heart,? I was sold. I tried... Oyama for the first time last night. This is hands down the best place for it. Everything is well priced, the menu is good fornon-sushi eaters, and the service was spectacular. It was prompt and they were very attentive. The sushi was high quality andwell rolled. Will be bringing my group here ASAP. Read more

Picture does not do justice to how amazing the sushi was! The restaurant itself was super nice cute and clean, the menu has a... large variety of sushi. Staff was SO nice. 100% recommend for anybody who loves sushi! Takeout containers were super cute aswell. Taste of sushi will blow you away. Read more
Killer sushi, compared to some of the other spots in the area. The fish is the perfect temperature when they bring it to the... table. It?s not freezing like most places. Just above room temperature so that you can actually taste what you?re eating. Thequality of the fish was surprisingly good, considering we?re land locked. Most sushi joints around here the fish is just kindameh, but Oyama is doing something right with their fish. Very good wasabi as well. Yakitori and miso soup were also very welldone. All the people working there were very friendly and the inside is very clean. No alcohol yet, their liquor license issupposed to kick-in some time next week. So glad to have a solid sushi joint near home, and plan on making this a frequent stop. Read more
?Hole in the wall? outside and actually really nice inside. We had Mt. Fuji role and Tuna Lovers roll. Both were very... good?.avocado salad could have been better prepared and improved. The miso soup and edamame were good. In the end this would beconsidered a Michelin restaurant in the middle farm lands. Very shocked that this was better than most costal big city sushirestaurants.
