The one girl working here was super slow and the drink was just okay.
KROGER STARBUCKS Asked for a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream They gave me one with sweet cream foam... instead of regular sweet cream so I asked to have one without foam. The gentleman said that was the only kind of sweet creamthey had. Then an older woman said oh no we have sweet cream and proceeded to show the two younger baristas where it was (onefemale one male). Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, and the food was as delightful as I remembered it!
By far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Ordered drinks from my house at 9:58am, and JUST got them at 10:23. The girl is... sitting there making all random orders instead of completing the one order of 3 drinks she had at the frappe bar. She keptgiving me one random drink at a time and NOBODY cared that it was over 20 minute wait. Read more
Even though this Starbucks is in a Kroger . They accepted out reward stars for free drink of ?. There is no drive through, but... we like to stop and walk in when we are on a read trip. Same cup if coffee like every other starbucks (which is good) Nicestaff, quick service. I wish it was its own little coffeeshop with chairs, sofas, wifi and music.. I've frequently gone to this Starbucks, but after my 3rd bad experience I will drive out of my way to another location. Their... staff is so incredibly rude. I will no longer go there hoping the barista will be in a good mood as I grab my morning coffee. Read more
Ordered a large coffee and opened the lid in my truck it was an inch from the top. They could at least fill it up for 2.70 a... cup. Read more
