The experience with the staff was subpar. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while they stared at me. I was finally helped... after several people started entering the building. Even still I was only directed to the inoperable kiosk machines. Watched thestaff usher an older gentleman out of their way because he didn't understand how to use the kiosk. Idk how many times I've had problems at this location. Too many to count. Say no cheese, still get cheese, send it back and... guess what. The next one still has cheese. Only go to it for the kids and hey Morton McDonald's when we say no cheese. Don't putit on there with your already soggy fries. Read more
Why is the dining room always locked? Sometimes you're in the gas station attached and just want some fries or a burger but you... have to go wait in the drive through for half an hour instead. Read more
After spending 30 plus dollars for my family?s supper? it was cold, large fry boxes were only half full, drinks were not full by... any means, and if you dare to say anything to the employee you get a rude disrespectful attitude in return! This McDonald?s was actually pretty good. The food was fresh and warm. The Big Mac wasn?t that impressive that I thought it... would be. But, the food was still good. I got my order fast. Team members very professional. Took a little time to get my food but well worth the wait. Fries were hot and the DBL Quarter... Cheese sandwich was great. Patties were juicy and hot. Pickles and onions were distributed correctly and not overwhelmed withmustard and ketchup. Long time since I've had one that good. Keep up the great work and repeat business will always return.
