I usually get great food and service from the old canton rd store, the two women who work there are always friendly and... sandwiches great.....but, last night 6/29/22, around 7pm, it was 2 guys working that night, and let's just say it was different,service was ok, but my fiance and I sandwiches were terrible. Usually like this restaurant but tried 3 times for dinner and they were closed at 8:30 every time despite the closing time being... listed at closing at 9 on two of the days and 10 on the other day. Won't make plans to eat there again past 5. Decided I'd giveit another try and was so d issapointed! Tried calling several times before lunch and no one would answer. I half thought theymaybe closed but nope went to check and theyre open. Figured maybe they were just busy. The food was cold even after beingheated, had to have them add more cheese bc it stayed on the paper they were heating it up on, and everything came off the pizzawith the first bite... not sure what happened here. The staff was nice, but they weren't wearing masks, and one of our subs was pretty bad - it was supposed to be a sweet onion... chicken teriyaki, but tasted like straight soy sauce. Read more
This subway is horrible! My second visit (shame on me)a few weeks apart. My breakfast sub of egg and bacon was disgusting as the... egg was spoiled! Today was even worse,wish I could post my picture of it. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give justto make this review. But you seriously need better workers who actually know what customer service is and the food is not fresh!Someone is going to get sick! Read more
We walked in to this subway at 1pm, and the woman working told us she was closing down the shop. We weren?t sure why, but she... was on the phone yelling something about being frustrated with a manager, and ?I work too hard for this.? I totally understandhaving personal issues at work, but she literally shut down the Subway, during lunchtime, because she was frustrated. Reallyunprofessional and disappointing. Read more
I was on a road trip and stopped by on Saturday night 9/22. The costumer service was terrible. The young ladies working that... night seemed to be bothered by us being there and were not friendly at all. Two outta the 4 sandwiches were not made properly.
