Was great! I was in there tonight. Very cool remodel job. The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. My drinks... were delivered in about two minutes and my food arrived within about 10 to 15 minutes. The food was great. I had the brisketand roasted red potatoes. I didn't care for the Cole slaw, but that was very minor. I saw people eating the chicken and itlooked fantastic. I am going to order that next time. The pizza and nachos looked great too. I?m absolutely disgusted. I?m new to the area. Wanted a place to eat. Looked at reviews. Figure I?d give it a shot. The staff... all smelled musty. Does no one care to be presentable at a job anymore!? We when finally we?re seated. The attitude on ourwaiters face. I know people have bad days. But I felt like if I would have corrected his demeanor he would retaliate with thefood. And the don?t get me started on the food. Not only over cooked! But left sitting out to long it was cold. Would have 5 stars had I only bowled. Service is remarkably good, staff amazingly friendly. Food has very little smoke flavor,... I had "pulled pork sliders" don't recommend them. Pork tasted boiled very little smoked flavor I was looking forward to. Drinksare light on alcohol, big on ice, a bit on the spendy side. Bowling alley is well put together, love the feel of the place, tvseverywhere. Lanes a plenty, not overly loud. Staff was friendly, bubbly , could feel or small town welcoming in each of theirvoices. Holy smokehouse!! ????Went in kinda late 2200ish it wasnt very busy. This place has been totally re done!! The owner did alot of... the work himself! WOW Dude is on top of his game. An outdoor area with fire pits, cornhole, nice seating area to just chill,asmall game area and a ton of room. The staff was real nice and took good care of our party of three. They kept the drinksflowing and They made me a one helluva sample platter baby back ribs, bbq chicken, a huge plate of nachos with pulled pork. OHman I'm still having flavorgasams!! Yes I threw the ball down the lane. It actually knocked some of the pins down. All the laneswere polished n looked new. From serious bowlers to happy if I break 100, this place is a godsend to our little community. Ifyou have not checked it out now's the time. We had a party of 13, so obviously it will take longer than normal, but we called ahead to ask if they would be able to handle... us and they said no problem. After 2 hours and 15 minutes we were told they were "starting" making our food and that it wouldtake another half hour. Apparently there were other orders that had been waiting even longer. I expect to wait a while with aparty this size but not this long. Our server Audrey was continually pleasant and worked hard to make sure we were as happy aspossible during our long wait, she made it a little better. When food arrived several items were incorrect, and after waitingover three full hours the final pizza was never delivered and we were told the kitchen had no more. Audrey felt that she shouldgive us her own money to make up for this (we had already paid so it couldn't be taken off the bill), which is a sign of howhorribly mismanaged this place is. We sat outside and it was pleasant on the patio, and we played some of the games to pass thetime. We didn't bowl but the lanes looked nice. Avoid this place for food until the management learns how to treat theiremployees and customers. Read more
Food was pretty good, the main issue is that the wait was around 2 hours or a little more. This is just the first few weeks of... the restaurant being open so I understand to an extent. There seems to be a large disconnect between the chef and the waiters,which causes more slowness. There are a lot of things to improve here, and if they improve these things within the next fewmonths I would definitely return. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the waiters are very nice, our waitress, Audrey, was verynice and helped us through the wait. Read more
Went to mill town smoke house last night for the first time as I had heard good things. The building and environment is... beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately that?s about it. First they lost my bowling reservation, so we had tostuff 9 people on one lane. Turns out they lost my reservation and then found it 45 minutes later. We ordered food for everyoneand proceeded to wait an hour and a half for our food? long after our bowling reservation was done. We were told multiple timesthat they can only cook two burgers at a time and that is why it took so long. When I inquired later if this was normal thatthey can only cook two burgers at a time they said yes, and no future plan to remedy it. I explained that they are serving largegroups of people and it?s a shame that their kitchen was designed for small groups? They said their specialty is smoked meatsand when I ordered other things off the menu it slowed down the entire kitchen. Perhaps they shouldn?t offer these things?! Andthe smoked meats were three items; ribs, brisket, and chicken. The majority of their menu was the other items?! At the end ofthe night my bill was $300 and that was with no alcohol? just food and bowling. It definitely wasn?t high end service? I won?tbe going back. Read more
