Suggest making a reservation. However we did not and it was fine, we sat in bar area on high top table. When you first walk in... your like where do you go to find the maître d'? Turn left walking back pass the wine bar and your there. Service was quickonce you decide off there large 2 sides menu. While you made your choices nibble on their warm pretzel bread & butter. Food washot and delicious! I was impressed on how well they are cleaning tables between parties,spraying tables and using more than onetowel to wipe it down. Also using single sever menus. Read more

The soup and salad I ordered as carryout took 30 minutes to arrive; the soup size was like a cup, and the wedge salad was... pathetic and contained very few ingredients. What happened to the bleu cheese? What happened to the onions and bacon? This isthe last time I'll order from them. I give it a thumbs down! Take a trip to Morton's steakhouse instead. Read more

Updating my review from 4mo ago for this recent visi: 4-Star to 5-Star. Service is 10x better. Seated at the bar dining area... this time. Additional photos added. The presentation of the Soup & Salad which I usually get looks more classier, not that thatwas super-needed. Service was more attentive. Always glad to come back here or any other Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurantlocation! (4mo ago) Wine Club Member since 2015, but second time at this newer location. First time was a bad experience at thebar area. Waited so long and found out that our ordered food ended up not being placed. Thankfully, the Manager made it right.This second time around, decided to dine in the dining room area and it was a better experience. Usually order a ton of apps andthe S'mores Budino is always a MUST! Went back this Friday. Had the honor of meeting the manager, Caitlin J. To say we were treated like royalty would be an... understatement. We were seated quickly, Z was our waiter. He made sure our every need was met from the excellent crafted Greygoose martini and Tanquere and tonic to the perfect sausage flat bread appetizer to the Chicken picata and filet minion with theperfect mashed potatoes. We completed the experience with the marvelous carrot cake and cappuccino. All along wonderfulCaitlin checking in table to table to ensure all needs were being met. Thank you for the wonderful service and food. We wishyou much prosperity. 5 stars does not begin to represent the wonderful treatment. This restaurant will remain our go toplace. Had a 5:45 reservations for Monday, February 28. Arrived at 5:40pm. Told by the red haired host to wait bybenches. Another couple arrived after us and were seated. Went to inquire with red hair hostess as to why we were still waitingfor our table. The hostess snapped that table is being bussed. Told us to wait. She then barked that we were early for our5:45 reservation. While I understand their is a shortage of quality employees. We do not need to spend our money anywhere thatemploys such an unprofessional person. We try to support our town's restaurants. We do have other options. Many otherrestaurants that know how to treat their guests. You are new to our town. Don't think this behavior will sit well with thepatrons. Read more

TL|DR Great food, great wine, great service, and great atmosphere. Came to celebrate Marriage and enjoyed a great and very... energetic server. She complimented us and even gave us a complimentary Champaign. As evidenced by the photos, the food isexcellent. Chicken cooked perfectly. It was moist and tender. The steak rare and easy to cut through. COVID precautions arewell in place, lots of parking and wasn't a long wait when we arrived around 4pm.
