I?ve been to other Giordano but this establishment was by far the best experience I?ve had. It was clean and the food was good... but our server, Bella, was the best! She was very attentive and had a great personality - which made the dine in experience morepleasurable. Definitely will be coming back to this location and recommending to friends & family!! This establishment has a server there named Keith and he is amazing!!! They really adhere to sanitizing tables etc. (I seen it... with my own eyes). They are very serious about you enjoying your meal and will do what they can to ensure that experience. Yesthere were hiccups with the meal but the service makes all worth it. First time in Chicago, this place was recommended by a friend. Great staff, my server was Keith and he was very attentive and... helpful in regards to the menu. Food was good, toppings a bit burnt on some parts (the only reason keeping me from leaving 5stars). But when a pizza takes 45 minutes to cook then I guess I understand. The pizza was still good. Had a 60th birthday celebration here the other day for about 15 - 20 family and friends and honestly couldn't have been more... pleased with the decision to host the party here. Steve, was fantastic at following up with me and graciously answered all of myquestions to ensure our event was squared away. While Keith, not only made sure our guests were never without beverages and hadplenty of delicious pizza to eat, but his delightful professionalism made all of our guests comfortable and certainly had a handin them enjoying the festivities as well. We came in close to closing time but Megan assured us it was fine to sit and order pizza even though deep dish takes 45 minutes... to cook. We got an appetizer to tide us over, waited and ate our delicious Meat & More Meat deep dish, our kid had a thincheese, and everything was delicious. The staff was really nice and the restaurant was very clean. The staff was tidying up atthe end of the night but did not ignore nor hover. Even though we felt bad, like we were holding them up from leaving for thenight, no one rushed us out. We absolutely love Giordano?s Pizza and this location is one of the best. The Deep Dish Pizza is always amazing. We specialize... ours and my husband gets green olives on his half and I get black olives on mine. Heads up though, if you?re new to deep dish,it takes about 45 minutes to bake, so plan on waiting. We always get the garlic cheese bread for an appetizer while we wait andit is delicious. The kiddos really enjoy the buttered noodles. Read more
