I use a cane and thus find table service handy. Despite a sign on the door stating that table service was available, and the... little medallions on the table also stating that table service was available, I was told that it was not. I visit it this location today at 7pm for an ice cream and Ashley was super helpful and super clean she had gloves on hands and... napkins around our ice cream cones when she hand it to us . Thank you Ashley you are the best. Read more
We love this MickeyD's. Play area. Clean. Nice staff. Ok, they DON"T fall victim to my biggest counter restaurant pet peeve:... Don't mop the floor with dirty water - I have a sensitive sniffer. We go at odd hours, so there's often a mop bucket present.Hurray! They're so good about it, they probably have a set number of squishes before having to change the water. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for my curbside order, had to go to the drive-through ordering window to tell them. Did not get an apology... from beginning of my reminder conversation till I finally picked up the food. Very slow for curbside pickup services. I haveordered several times here to find out the hard. My children love McDonalds; they ask me to drive-thru at McDonald on our way home, but the drive thru is too long, so we decided... to dine-in. When we entered to the establishment they automatically greeted. The counter staff is really friendly, informative,attentive to my order and very professional. It was quick taking order, and all of my order are correct. When we waiting ourorder to served, we noticed all of the table are clean. Food was freshly made and the fries is hot and crisp. It was prepared ona timely manner. For us. We all we want is a good quality of food, and McDonalds never disappoint my children. This McDonald's location was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the food was, well, normal McDonald's food. I didn't wait... very long for my order to be taken either. The fries were not very hot, as they had spent a considerable amount of time underthe heat lamp. Other than that, my order was correct and came in a timely fashion. Read more
Waited about 15 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food. Ordered a cheeseburger fries and a large coke.... The best thing about my meal was the large coke. If I had to guess how old the fries were I would say 4 hours. After eating acouple of fries I got back in line. I told the person who took my order, he looked like he might have been the manager that myfries were old. He told me that they were having equipment issues. I understand equipment issues. I don't understand how hecould have given me very old hard fries. That's unacceptable.
