Ordering process was simple , walked in 15 minutes later and the pizzas were hot and ready.

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for some time now but the quality and customer service has really dropped off. The... pizza tastes hardly cooked and soggy bc it is covered with a plastic bag. I am not sure why they are doing this because it ruinsthe pizza. Last time I ordered they messed up my order. It was supposed to be one cheese and one bbq pizza but they put marinaraon. When I called to let them know they acted like I was a liar and were making jokes and laughing. They wanted me to pick it upand I told them no bc this was not my fault and I paid money for this garbage that no one wants to eat now. Not to mention Ididn?t feel good. Stay away from the place. Worst place and customer service possible. Paid for my pizza ordered online, waited 20 minutes and... everyone was clueless of where my pizza was. They finally looked in the oven and said it wasn?t there, after times and times ofwaiting for it to come out. I had to go to work and couldn?t wait anymore. Wasn?t offered a refund or anything. The standards at this pizza hut location are usually spot on. I prefer this place to a one in Chicago which are equidistant for... me. However, this location routinely does not participate in special offers announced by the chain. May be that keeps the volumedown and helps maintain quality. The employees I've encountered over the eight years I've been going here have always beenrespectful. Go here if you want quality. Go to a Chicago location if you're looking for value. Read more
Edit to update: The review below seems to be a one time issue and there have been no further issues. Plus, never write a review... when your family is hangry. My partner had to wait in line almost 15 minutes even though her order was sitting there readybecause they lost the guys order before hers and they had to figure out where it went. She was on a timeline and ran latebecause of this. There always seems to be problems at this location. Read more
