Chicken was as expected. Knowing it was fresh, I opened the container on the way home to ensure it wouldn't get soggy. This was... for a family picnic. Staff said 15-20 minutes wait for fresh - it was more than 25 and I had to walk in to check on our order.Usually I'm discounted for getting all dark meat - not this time. How is it that nearly every time I order through the drive-thru, something is wrong with my order. Can't blame it on short... staffing either because it's been happening for a long time. From now on, I will sit at that drive-thru window and check myentire order. I don't have these issues at other places, only KFC. Read more
Super helpful over the phone. Told me exact date beyond meat would be back in stock, and ordered extra to meet rising demand.... I'm very used to stores giving vague inaccurate remarks when stuff would be back. Read more
KFC MOSCOW- you rock!! My husband and I walked in with the strangest request: can we buy a couple pieces of chicken but put it... in a large bucket. We explained to them that we were housing our first exchange student and KFC is his favorite US fast food.Instead of holding a ?welcome sign? at the airport- we wanted to hold up a tub of chicken lol The workers went above and beyondproviding us with more goodies that we could imagine and truly made this day special for us?. Over the past year I have been sent to this KFC for office lunches about once a week and almost every time there has been... something wrong with the order, either a wrong item or a missing item. While they will typically fix the order, the long waittime makes it almost impossible to fix during lunch hours; I can?t wait another thirty minutes in the drive through for achicken breast! They regularly do not include any sauces, butter spread or honey spread in the orders even when asked for themspecifically. On top of all this, they regularly do not have menu items available. 90% of the time they do not have pot piesavailable even though it is a very popular item. Yesterday I ordered food at 7:44pm for pick up at 8:15pm. I did happen to show up 10min earlier, and I did expect to wait. The... girl who helped was very friendly, said it would be 14min because the chicken is still cooking. Sure fine, I went for an errandcame back and still 20minutes later it was not done.. although the employees were friendly, I felt like it was unacceptable thatI had to wait that long when I had ordered way ahead of time. Utterly incompetent and slow during the evening for some reason. Nobody in front of me, takes 2 minutes to get my order taken.... Pull to window, and wait another five. Than get told they are making fresh fries and pull around to park for another 10. 17minutes for a no line order of tenders and fries. Read more
Chikin was fyyyeeee!!! As always KFC pumpin out the goods. Fries are dank and underrated IMO. Biscuits are top notch, mashed... taters are meh but it's whatevs. Chikin tenders are pretty hot there but the regular fried chicken is too teir fam. The Yee oleColonel has truly outdid himself. Read more
