Out of the four McDonald's in the Moscow/Pullman area, this is the worst one. I avoid it as much as possible since it has the... slowest drive-thru and the most annoying window staff. Nearly every time I have gone there, I have had to pull forward to parkand wait for my food, which is always just a couple of burgers. Weird since the other locations are great. Read more

Their cashiers can be a little less snide and miserable. Idk at what point the demeanor drastically changed whether it?s summed... up to Covid or students behavior but it?s a real mood ruiner. The golden rule is treat others the way you want to be treated. IfI?m being cordial and polite I wouldn?t mind the same in return. Foods almost always great and as precise as I ordered for mylovely picky children. Just the face to face value really ruins the experience. Read more
