I ordered the Patties Smothered Burrito (Pictured) with the ?special house mole $1.00 extra? (see picture) The person... (presumably bald middle-aged male) looked at me like he was annoyed and said ?the mole?s not $1.00 it?s $3.00?. I said ?lookright here it says $1.00 it?s listed specifically on the smothered burrito I just ordered? . He didn?t look at the menu and said?well, it?s a typo?. ?We make our mole in house? so I said I didn?t want the mole then. He then proceeded to try and charge mefor the mole!! I stopped him in time. Also these menu?s are obviously old too. It?s not as if they were printed that day anddidn?t catch it. Overall the food was not good. Chimichanga was extremely soft (not crisp). Red sauce was bland. Fries were not seasoned well.
I've been to Patti's many times over a number of years (undergrad now graduate). The beer deals have changed, but are a deal;... just for different beers. Food has always been very solid, no matter what I've purchased. This last time was the first time theymessed up my order (I got 6 burritos for my friends and I, 2 of each type on Tuesday and ended up with 4 and 2.) (Btw awesomedeal 2-1 burritos on Tuesdays) Didn't hurt in the end as it was all good food. The best part of Patti's is the venue. Amazingfor hanging out on sunny days. Lattice structures and lots of plants creates a unique and surprisingly private ambience. Alwaysworth a visit on a nice day. Read more
Just absolutely great food and drinks. The outdoor seating is beautifully decorated and relaxing when the weather is nice. The... alcoholic drinks are fun but Don't pass up the horchata. But.... as the sign here says, good food takes time. You could bewaiting for an hour or more on busy nights. Live music and drinks can keep you entertained, though. Read more
