Ordered online to be delivered and waited nearly an hour to receive a phone call that they were not delivering due to road... conditions, which is understandable, however, waiting an hour to tell me is ridiculous. After arriving to the store and afterbeing told on the phone my entire order was ready, I was told that they could not find my pizza and after 10 minutes of waitingthey finally found it. Only offered a discount for the lack of delivery. My pizza was colder than my car was. Poorlycommunicated, poorly handled, currently re-heating the pizza an hour and a half after ordering. I cannot figure out how to order gluten free crust from the app. I have to phone my order in. Also make the special delivery... directions accept more characters. This is the third time the delivery driver has delivered to the wrong door. Luckily myneighbors are nice and bring me my order if they are home. If they are not home, with my disability it causes needless pain andhardship to retrieve my order when the driver cannot be bothered to call when there is no reply to knock. The only way I knowit has been delivered is the dog upstairs barks. Read more
If I could give this pizza hut in Pullman 0 stars I would. The pizza was cold the bread sticks were hard and burnt and the... wings were extremely dry and over sauced I would definitely recommend going to the Moscow location you will have better serviceand better food don't waste your money at the Pullman location Read more
This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. I pre ordered Pizza online for delivery for a disabled Vet. Placing the... order at noon to be delivered at 6pm. I then called To make sure they had the correct address. At 6 I got a text that the Pizzawas out for delivery. At 7:30 I got a call from the Vet telling me it had not arrived. I called and was told they were runninglate. At 8pm no Pizza. I called and they had not even started the order yet. That was 2 misleading stories. At 8:30pm Icalled and they still had not left to deliver the order. At 9pm (3 hrs late) they drop off the Pizza! Most old people go to bedby 8pm. When I called to speak with the manager I was told "well, he got the Pizza so I don't know what else we can do." WHAT!? 3 hrs late on a 50$ order with 20% tip and they wouldn't even throw in breadsticks for this poor disabled vet. When I insisted, I was told that they would put points on my account to use later. No points were added. Now, I understand being low onemployees due to work shortage but 3 hrs! And a sucks to be you from the management. Do yourself a favor and go to MODS Pizzaor somewhere else. Read more
The pizza was hot, fresh, and visually impressive. I ordered delivery and the time they said it would take to be at my door was... accurate. Ordered food and it never came and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I didnt appreciate waiting 2 and a half hours for food that... never came. I noticed they put money back next morning but still! not even a call or anything! The corporate level is failingthis store! Read more
