I usually like coming here for a quick bite when shopping. Today's experience though made me question the training during the... hiring process. It has always been a hit or miss with employees here but today was different. - I asked what sauces they hadfor their pretzels- not realizing it was on the menu. The employee said "we have ALL the sauces." And I asked what are they? Theemployee said well vanilla glaze and (something else) glaze. They didn't say any others so I asked if they have cheese, employeesaid yes. I then (finally) noticed the list on their menu but was disappointed that they didn't at least direct me to it. Ithought well maybe they're new. - Employee said it will be a 5 minute wait because the "pretzels have been in the warmerforever." I thought that was nice so I said thank you a fresh one sounds nice. Except...they then told me what time they had putthem in there (it was about 3 hours). 3 hours? I would have been happy to buy them, they threw away the two that was left infront of me. I hope this is not a regular thing...such a waste! -Employee put the pretzel in and I waited. 5-10 minutes go byand my pretzel is ready. The color looks a bit off but I'm like maybe it has something to do with the butter. I start eating andit's clearly undercooked. I take it over to show the employee. They apologize and say yeah that does look a bit undercooked. SoI look at them like..waiting for something. They say "I can give you some pretzel nuggets? The other one is also probablyundercooked." So I just recommend that they should put the other one in the oven because that's raw dough and shouldnt beserved. Before I accept or decline the nuggets they just say okay sorry about that It'll just be a few minutes for the pretzel-takes the other undercooked one and puts it in the oven. When it's done I go up and thank them and they say "I tried to feel abit if it was undercooked" and in my head I'm thinking I hope you were wearing gloves because you are cough Read more
Almost every time w come to the mall we get pretzels. The staff is friendly and the food is ok they have a hard time getting my... drink order correct. We will still visit them Read more
The lady working on October 3rd wasn't very nice. Seemed like she was chatting with someone behind the counter who also said to... a customer that she didn't work there anymore. Had a long time to wait time for two drinks and two pretzel bites. It was thelongest wait I've ever had to wait there. Read more
Didn?t have hardly anything left and was trying to close at 4:45. Sorry but this was the time of day people are going to grab... something to eat and the website says closes at 6:00pm. Change the website or close at that time. Also didn?t get my drink andwhen asked the person said they were stressed out. Get them some more help or have someone behind the counter that can handlethe job. Also-gave spicy cheese sauce instead of regular. Read more
Used to come here everytime I was in the mall. Worst experience I?ve had deal with 2 12 year olds who apparently are... inconvenienced by completing an actual order. Was told it would take 5 minutes for a drink, some pretzel dogs, and 2 cheese dipsauces. 20 minutes later of watching them stare at their phones in the back laughing and drink soda, my pretzels were done.Which I then had to remind them I got a lemonade as well. That was apparently an inconvenience. But when I asked for the dippingsauces as well, you know, cause choking down corn dogs does sound that appetizing, the little pre-pubescent red head withglasses shot the other one a look that lasted multiple seconds like I was asking for her to do something that wasn?t her job. We tried this eatery yesterday and really liked our pretzels and drinks. They are a different style of dough than the Annie's... pretzels. I had the cinnamon-sugar (delicious and not over sugared) while my daughter had their pretzel bites with cheddarsauce. She loved them and the cheddar sauce was a truly mild sauce without jalepeno in it. Great for kids or anyone sensitive topeppers. She also had an orange dreamsicle smoothie that was a big hit. Fast, friendly and very accommodating service. The girlworking that shift was on her own, but did everything fresh and quickly. She even brought it all to us at our mall table when itwas ready. The pretzels were very soft and delicious. We will definitely be eating there again :) Read more
Pretzel maker - five Star Personally the pretzel bites are my favorite. They have different flavors like garlic, nacho cheese,... and cinnamon. The food is amazing -the food itself is five stars. I went there with my friend and they forgot our order, butthey made up for that. Mrs. Fields part of the same store so if you want a cookie or a brownie they can get that for you. If youcome here frequently they have a punch card system. The employees are super friendly, the place is very clean, and overallprofessional. Thank you to the staff for doing a good job - don't forget about any more orders though okay. Read more
