This visit was much better. Our service was great. Our food was goid except the sausage gravy was a little different. We were... excited to find a Shari's in town... Safe reliable breakfast. Kinda disappointed. Asked for eggwhite omellette and they said yesand then came back and said a little egg yolk would get in there when cracking the egg?? OK?? Got one warm up on my coffee,asked for crisp hasbrowns, they are barely cooked, kinda crunchy due to being undercooked?? The omellette was the smallest Ihave ever seen when it arrived. The waffle tasted funny, the batter wasnt mixed correctly? Our waiter has to take a break weunderstand, but he also ended his shift right after his break?? Supper Disappointing for a Shari's food wasn't good the wait staff was unfriendly asked for a roll with my poorly made country... fried steak and small portion of mashed potatoes if you could call them that I was told she needed to ask first to get aroll???? Never did get the rolls That should of came with the meal no veggies or anything. We will definitely be avoiding thisShari's in the future and you should do the same. Read more
The staff was fun and accommodating. The food was great. The service was quick and they serve milkshakes for breakfast!
For three people for breakfast was over $60!The server was not around to ask if we needed anything. I felt bad because they wete... probably short staffed but still couldn't remember to bring stuff to the table when asked more than once. She had forgottenseveral times to bring silverware, napkins, drinks and she brought hot water for tea but forgot tea bag and cream. I had to goup to counter to ask for Jelly. Read more

Came in Fourth of July morning and all waitstaff had called off. The manager, Ray, took it in stride. He was quick and efficient... and kindly served everyone that came in. He did a fantastic job! Another gal Brittney came in shortly after to work on her dayoff. What a fantastic team! Read more
Christmas Eve 2018 my family and I went in for dinner. We sat at a table for a hour and never got waited on so we walked out.... The restaurant was not busy at all. This last Friday we tried again and this time we sat for 30 min be for getting service. Iasked for cola with no ice. ?I got ice? not a big deal but I believe when paying for a service you should get what you ask for.I then ordered a t-bone rare. When I got my food it was so over cooked It was curled up like a canoe so I sent it back. Ofcourse by time I got it back the rest of the table was almost done with their dinner. The waiter was nice enough to offer freeslice of pie for everyone. However I do not eat sweets so it did me no good. Our waiter was very friendly and is the reason whyI?m giving two stars. The turkey dinner was great. Pretty much covered the traditional basics. Busier then I expected. Staff seemed a little stressed.
