I go a lot and it's either great or (rarely) atrociously bad. I never go inside because the wait there is often at least 15-20... minutes to get your food. The drive-thru is mostly awesome and very fast, but if you go on the wrong night... The other eveningI was trapped in the drive-thru line for nearly 40 minutes because they only had two people working. Cars in front and back -couldn't leave it was a nightmare. I recommend the place but don't ever go if you've got to be somewhere soon. If you hit it onthe wrong day, or you want to dine-in, you're going to be there for a very long time. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Food took longer than app said and came out ice cold. Spent 30 dollars and could only eat... one taco because everything else was soggy and gross. Crunch wrap was suppose to have extra meat and this is what extra meatlooks like. Only got meat on half of the crunch wrap. This Taco Bell has scarred me for life again and I will never eat TacoBell again. DISGUSTING AND A LET DOWN! Read more
I have to wait for half an hour for my mobile order. I was ignored the whole half an hour. When I was finally able to get some... one to come to the counter I asked about my order. He then proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to check in with someonewhen I arrived. How the HELL am I able to do that when your staff wouldn?t ACKNOWLEDGE me!?!?!? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Stopped by after a ten hour shift for some dinner and the wait was a little longer than average (not actually long at all by the... way and they were super busy so it was no trouble. I worked fast food for the last five years and the customer service was fivestars. The night crew on 9/27/2022 was fantastic. Be kind and be patient and if you haven't worked customer service you don'tget to bully or be impatient. This happened on July 3,2022. I ordered 3 tacos supremes. No tomato or sour cream. Was very good just missing my ingredients. I... have a note on my phone I paid over $7.00 and not real happy, but I will get over it. I went there again Aug 14,2022. Orderedsame thing again they got my order wrong. Expect zero customer service in the restaurant. Your order may be wrong or missing things and you?ll have to shout several times... back into the kitchen to get anyone?s attention?still they mostly ignore you. And your wait will be 3x as long as people in thedrive-through. If you want to eat inside, go through the drive-through and then take your food inside. Crazy. Read more
I know that it was a Friday night and getting employees is hard right now, but I waited 30 minutes for my food only to find that... my two chalupas had no meat in them... just sour cream and cheese. It's a shame because I've never had issues here otherwise,but this was just a waste of time and money. Read more
I have never felt any need to write a review before and probably never will again, but I just had the most pleasant consumer... experience of my life. Both my drive thru order and window tender were taken politely and with enthusiasm, and I was thankedmultiple times for my visit. I bought over $40 worth of food at midnight, and it was delivered as quickly as possible withdelight. I don't know this older woman's name because it was so cold at the window she needed a jacket, but she did awesome. Read more
