Burger joints like this are a dying breed. I would have given it five stars, because it's so delicious, but the straws are... wrapped in unbreakable plastic. I don't mind it, but if you go there be ready to wait for your food. Trust me it's worth thewait, just bring your own straw. Read more

Food was delicious, gentlemen that helped us and told us they didn't have chicken straps so we said we could do chicken patties... fry them and then cut them into tenders which they had no problem doing. great service. Read more
Don't waste your time folks. The food tastes exactly as the restaurant looks. This place gives off county fair vibes and they... live up to that expectation. Extremely bland food that is way over priced. $4 for a side of onion rings are you kidding me. Theburger was complete garbo and sported a patty that was half the width of the bun and 2 single pickles. Do yourself a favor andskip zips and go to Wendy's for some quality fast food. Read more
I love their big bun sandwiches so much. The fries are cooked in peanut oil, which adds a whole other layer of flavor and aroma.... Fry sauce is on point. It is a bit pricey if you are going all out, but great service. The milkshakes are absolutely wonderful.If you ever find yourself in Eastern Washington, definitely give it a try! Read more
This was my second time eating at a Zips and I don't have one thing to complain about. The food is amazing!, And you get your... money's worth. My wife and I got Cheese burgers and an order of 40 tots. I think it is really cool that you get to choose whatsize of tots you want. Also, they throw in a smiley potato for you! How cool that? This particular restaurant was very cleaninside and we'll maintained. The workers are really nice and professional. I had no issues. Keep up the good work! Read more
Zips - five stars This place excels and quality in regards to fast food. I don't eat fast food anymore but if anyone else does... they might as well enjoy a quality burger. I believe they put extra money in the ingredients and prepare everything correctly. Irecommend their burgers - they're really good with Tabasco. They are well priced and they keep the place relatively clean for afast food facility. The staff are top-notch for a fast food place. Read more
I asked for a tub of fries and ranch with my order. They barely filled the tub and then gave me FIVE cups of ranch inside the... tub so I wouldn?t see how few fries there were. Read more
