The sandwich was terrible. The sandwich maker was clearly not interested in being at work and had no desire to assist me with... the complimentary cookie I was to receive for completing the online survey. She said she didn't know how to right it up and shewould have to ask her manager. Ok, go ask either of the other 2 people working with you. Nope. Can't do it. Went in 30 mins before closing time, and am told I can't get anything "toasted". If you close at a certain time, you should... provide service until then. (Yes I understand if it's 5 mins before closing), but almost over a half hour? Over half the food Istoasted, so why not just close, when you decide you're done working over a half hour early? Bread was tuff and they didn't put on the peppers I asked for which is my fault for not watching them make the sandwich, but... they have put an off colored plastic over the clear plastic barrier between the food and the customer and you can't see throughit to see whats going on! When one orders ahead one would think it would be ready around that time. Pick up was set for 6pm, had to stand there and watch... them make the order until 6:15pm. During this time 8 customers that were walk ins, walked out. Food was close to what we orderedand was good but 3 foot longs, a cheese pizza and a protein bowl shouldn't take 45 minutes to make, just saying. Read more
Masks and gloves are always worn. Staff is friendly (just wish they'd Talk Louder) & the food is always delicious. Love the new... curb-side pickup out front that they have added. However, other customers are not always pleasant and seem to be in ahurry...Seriously, I have several picky eaters at my house. lol Read more
Cashier handles money with gloves on, no sanitation, messes up orders and needs tons of correction to get it right. Simply put,... they don't care. Save yourself the headache and drive five minutes to the next exit to get food at the one in Troy. The MoscowMills one can't even put cheese on a sandwich or cut it halfway correctly. Read more
