The menu speakers suck they never can hear anyone have you pull up to the window to order and still don't hear your order... correctly you wind up back in the long line to return your order and re-order. Been many years since eating here. Used to be great service and really nice and clean. At the time of my visit there was no cars... in drive thru and no other customers in the lobby. There was no condiments out. No napkins stocked and barely any straws andlips. Every table was dirty and food on tables and floors. There was 3 employees working and just stood around talking ratherthan cleaning the lobby that was really disgusting. Took pictures of the floor and the 3 employees. It really sucks when you go to a fave fast food joint, and it becomes the worst place ever, to eat at! Not to mention the rude,... shameless, manager and other employees! This place was in my top 3 faves, till a couple months ago or so!! Anytime I would gothere, I would order anywhere from $10.00, to $20.00 of the tacos, and always 2 New York cheesecake slices! That one awefulday, when I couldn't even stand looking at the paper bag that this food was in! The bag was literally tearing apart from beingso soaked in oil! Oil was dripping from or, should I say, seeping out of the individually wrapped tacos, so bad, that the paperbag they had them in, got soggy, and began to rip and fall apart! Not realizing at this moment, that the tacos were the causeof this nasty oil mess, I decided to get a taco and take a bite! Lemme tell ya! I've never vomited so badly! It was like bitinginto an oil filled taco shell, minus all the fixing for the once delicious tacos! I immediately, after puking, took the tacos,and the oil shredded bag into the manager, whom was very rude and thought it was alright to laugh at me and my loved ones, as wewalked in! This place was my favorite but tonight changed my mind. Who ever is working tonights shift Sep 26th after 10pm is not doing good... job. I got 3 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns but the sandwiches had no bacon on them?? That's the main meat??? And the hashbrowns we're not fully cooked. I'D NOT GET FOOD HERE AT NIGHT!!! WARNING!!! Went there about an hour ago and the line was ehh decent. Walked in to dine in and there was no one around. Just a girl at the... fryers. A lady who was tending to drive thru popped her head around and said," It's going to be a while we're understaffed." Andshe stated this very firmly. I told her well ill go someplace else then and left. For one, her staffing issues are not MYstaffing issues. She chose to sacrifice front counter customer service. Now two, I chose to leave because of her tone. I've beenin fast food and I get it, but do NOT tell ANY customer anything in a firm manner as if they work for you. So, Jack n The Box,lmk when staffing is no longer an issue and rudeness is no longer experienced by your staff...maybe I'll come back...maybe. Read more
Ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants and they were smaller then I remember but tasted just as good. Service was quick but they... only had 1 bathroom for each gender. Read more
They literally mess up my order every time. We're definitely going elsewhere from now on. Tonight they completely screwed up my... order to where it wasn't even recognizable from what I actually ordered. And charged me for it. It was completely dead and theystill pulled me up to the parking lot so it made their time look better even though it took 20 min for 3 burgers. Which wasn'twhat I even ordered.
