An invite and an impromptu lunch at pillar Rock with the dear friend of mine, led to a great memory. She had a steak and salad... and vodka gimlet. Superb as I got to have a little taste. The steak was cooked perfectly rare which is hard to do in someplaces. The salad was fine quality, delicious and beautiful to look at. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos.
