An invite and an impromptu lunch at pillar Rock with the dear friend of mine, led to a great memory. She had a steak and salad... and vodka gimlet. Superb as I got to have a little taste. The steak was cooked perfectly rare which is hard to do in someplaces. The salad was fine quality, delicious and beautiful to look at. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos. To start off with our beer mugs were very frosty. So our beer was wonderful. Then we had the Bruschetta appetizer. That was the... bomb. My GF had the Steak Frito. Well that was really bad. The meat was not tender and very chewed. Plus there was not much meatbut cartilage. Needless to say that dinner was not finished. My dinner on the other hand was delicious. I had the SouthernStrip, it was tender and moist. Sorry GF! Our desert was alright. Cheese cake seemed a bit old. As well as the ice cream onmine. Read more
I went out of my way to come here and have dinner on my road trip and they were closed at 7:15! Even though their hours say open... till 8 pm!!!!!!! Not cool at all! Read more
Back in 2010-11 I spent 7 months in Moses Lake and this was a place we dined at many times. The food was always spectacular but... it's sadly no longer the same. The menu is very limited and simplistic, almost like a bar menu. I opted for the special whichwas filet mignon with coconut shrimp. The steak was not very flavorful even with the bacon wrapped around it. On a brighternote, the beer is nice and cold and wine selection was nice too. This was the second time I've gone back there since 2011 andit's been disappointing both times. If I just want a cold beer with a golf course view I might go back but not for a meal. Read more
Great little find tucked just off the main interstate. It's a must try! Great food, drinks and service.
