We went on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy. The sevice was okay, they were training a new guy so it was a bit slow, but... he was doing pretty good I thought. We have 2 Friday specials (fish tacos) and 2 burritos. The fish taco have a really goodsauce on the, but it a bit messy. I was told the burritos we good, downside, there were a lot of choices, but they didnt haveall of them available from the menu. They have new hours, which weren't posted on the website and we weren't about to stay longa felt a bit rushed to finish our meal. Read more
Came in Saturday Oct. 1st at 5:40 pm. They had a sign posted, that they were closing at 6, because of staffing. Ok no big... deal, well take our food to go. It was my son's birthday and he wanted Taco Del Mar. He was so excited. Been talking about itall day. As we were standing in line, there was one employee working, and two people, that were together ordering.... She wassuper SASSY, slamming stuff. Rolling her eyes. Huffing and puffing. Signing. Someone came in to finish getting drinks and sherolled her eyes, sighed and shock her head annoyed. The lady that was ordering was super nice, because she could tell theemployee was sassy and was so inconvenienced by doing her job. The lady working continues slamming stuff and having an attitudeas the husband ordered. They were even taking there food to go because of her attitude. We walked out, despite my son beingexcited all day for it. I get being short staffed. I get you may or may not have been there all day. Which you weren't. Youcomplained you had been there since 11. I have been there. It's not fun. But never in a million years would I treat people sorudely. Especially when you have less than 15-20 min left of being open. I get you gotta close and do side work. But this is souncalled for. We have eaten here many times. And have had no complaints until now.... I'm not one to call management andcomplain. But I WILL be calling. Ordered food online showed up and they said they were CLOSED and were rushing people out of the restaurant. At 6:00PM on a... Sunday? Wow. Trying to get a guy who is sitting eating his meal and they are hovering around him. Yikes! There are all prettyrude and they screwed up my order on our Nachos and totally skipped on the queso, really three orders? One little container ofqueso with two orders of chips. Stopped here for lunch on the way home from camping - Staff was really friendly & fast! Burrito?s were awesome; we got the... small burritos and those were still huge! Bathrooms and restaurant were also very clean. Read more
Just picked up my catering order, which was the Nacho Bar for a group of 30. I was nervous about getting it from the restaurant... to my meeting, however not only were the staff wonderful and friendly in our interaction, but they are pros at packaging! Myorder was hot, easy to transport, and set up was a breeze as everything was labeled. Best of all is that everything was providedand all I needed to do was lay it out in order of my preference. I've only been here one time but I really enjoyed the shrimp taco the fish taco wasn't for me. Overall I had a good experience.... One person working but she was friendly and professional. Price wise it was overpriced but my shrimp taco was delicious. If yourlooking for a large quantity of food when you eat out this place will become very expensive very fast. Due to costs herecompared to other taco and burrito establishments in moses lake I have to remove a star for the prices. Read more
Absolutely amazing service!! We recieved the absolute best help from a younger woman who was the only one working until someone... came back from lunch or to work their shift. She helped 3 parties ahead of us and then helped us, then helped two parties rightafter! She was multi-tasking...asking questions and greeting everyone, making sure to let everyone know that she's be right withthem. I had the fish tacos, it was the special and it was so good!! We also added two kids' meals with 2 crispy chicken tacos onthe side ...YUM! I'm so glad I came into try this place and I cant wait to go back in and get the gals name that helped us.
