I really do not eat at McDonald's very often. The time we went there, it was late. You could go inside but only to order off an ... Kiosk and both were being used. Taking forever, as they didn't now what they were doing. It looked like a pain in the butt touse. So we decided to go thru the drive up. Food was okay but not my favorite place to eat. Read more

Staff was great. One of the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a fast food place.
I used the drive up. Very friendly and efficient persons. The speaker system at this Drive Up is fixed?a big deal when a person... is trying to order without both customer and workers being frustrated. I had a special order; it was perfect. My fish fillet wasexcellent, and when I ordered the Add Lettuce option, they got that right on that I got a decent amount of lettuce. Finally, thefries were cooked! It's McDonald's people the food is what it is. However the staff is so poorly trained it's a struggle to justify waiting for a... sub par meal. The last time I was there it took over 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get a meal. There were four cars in frontof me. The lady that was taking the orders was obviously new and had no help at the register and pushed some wrong buttons andstopped the whole line. I sat for 15 minutes at the pay window watching her struggle and try to keep the people ordering happyas well as myself and it took 10 minutes for a manager to come and help her if you ask me the manager is to blame here.
