Tonight I called in a to-go order at 6:14p for 3 simple items, no modifications. What was supposed to be only 30 minutes turned... into an hour with excuse after excuse. Food was literally falling out of the oven.. a manager said ?don?t say 30 minutes, tellthem 45 minutes.? Then not even 5 minutes later ?make that an hour, actually no more to-go orders for the night!? I walked backto my car and called the restaurant because 3 TIMES they said ?your food is coming.? The girl on the phone said it?s coming outnow actually.. 10 minutes later I was handed a pizza and missing the two pastas. I asked where the rest of my order was and thegirl said ?oh there?s more? then I guess it isn?t ready yet.? How can a restaurant on a Friday night be so unprepared to handlea rush? This is only my second time to this restaurant and even when I came with family on an early Sunday afternoon, the staffstill struggled and our food came out in batches. Read more

I chose the Pick 2 for lunch. I had an individual pizza with olive oil as my sauce and the chicken alfredo pasta. Delicious!!... The perfect size lunch if you need to get in and out for work. And the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Read more

Maybe it was because my expectations were high awaiting the opening in Moss Bluff... But... Wuff, all the way around. Went with... Don's special pizza, with traditional crust... Crust was ugh, "flat"-tasting. Garlic knots were a nice touch, actual knots, butpretty tough/hard/chewy. I was actually somewhat pleased by the baked Mac n cheese... surprised by the sausage in it. But...Interesting. Was nervous about being forced to sign another charge slip, even though it was already paid via online ordering.. Iquestioned it... I was told it will always be that way for online pickup orders, because of tips, and that it was being run thruthe bar. I'll try no tip next time. Maybe it was all opening week jitters. I have visited the moss bluff location several occasions and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent as was the... service. We dined inside during peak dinner time and the service was perfect. Weve also been through the drive thru with anequally great experience. The prices are very reasonable as well. Great experience! It just opened so was my first time there. The staff was helpful and very friendly, the environment felt... inviting and warm, and the food was top notch! I was with my family so we tired a few pizzas and pasta: meat lovers, veggie,cheese and pepperoni (I don't think that's what they are called on the menu but my wife ordered and I can't remember what thenames were). They were all really good, but the veggie really stood out to me. Spectacular. Also tried the chicken Alfredo -outstanding!
