This location has to do better!! I had a mobile order and was sitting outside 20 minutes!! Everyone was in there playing and... carrying on with no sense of urgency!! The week prior I sat outside for 30 minutes waiting on the cookies I never received and Ihad to come in for a refund while everyone was looking like a deer in headlight!!! I wish there was an option of no stars but you have to leave one to be able to write a review. I am a truck driver and stopped... to get fuel next door to this McDonald?s. I decided it was time to eat so I pull around to the McDonald?s to grab a bite and thedoors were locked with several employees inside that said drive thru only. I can not fit through a driver thru and walkingthrough one is not an option. With limited parking at other places there was no other option for a meal so I had to leave inhopes to find someplace else to eat where I could park and be able to go inside to at least order and get my food. This sore was terrible. The manager?s were not working except for one little girl who was calling for managers to help. The... employees were not respectful, they were cursing all out loud and I had my 11 year old son with me. My first time coming toMississippi cause I?m from Ga. I would never recommend this sore for pets to eat at, it needs to be closed. That store is aembarrassment to the McDonald?s food chain. Would've gave at least a 4 but tried calling to resolve the issue and no answer. Burrito was so small it looked like a child... Burrito. It probably wasn't even 3 inches long. Then we paid for a side of Sausage that we couldn't find until i opened mymcgriddle and had bacon and sausage on it which wasn't supposed to be on mine it was on the side of hot cakes and sausage. Something has changed with management, staffing, or both, because on my last few visits I've had no issues. The last 3 years or... so had seen a steady decline in quality at this store, but in the past month the service, food, and wait times have beenexcellent. So, I've updated my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Last Wednesday night we went through the drive through about 9:30. The young guy who took our money was very nice but pulling up... to get our food was a different story. I felt as if she automatically didn?t like anything about us. As if she didn?t even wantto wait on us. She never even gave a smile nor did she say a word. I asked her for some ketchup and straws before pulling awayand was handed only 3 and we had 3 meals ordered. I said thank you and have a great night, she just looked away and shut thewindow. Horrible!!! Ordered a Big Mac combo from the drive through. Fries were cold right out of the window. Got home and no Big Mac.... They gave me a Double cheeseburger instead. Then the meat was very undercooked. It was still red inside. Nasty!!!! This place isHorrible!!! Read more
