This was not a good experience I ordered I jalapeño burger with fries the portion of fries less than satisfying the burger was... dry and the vegetables on the burger were dried out the one with me ordered blackened shrimp with sausage, the sausage wasinedible like bad rubber the shrimp was to close to overcooked and the sauce had a bad taste to it. This location is one of our favorites. We had some bad visits at other locations but this one always does great. Moss Point... location by I-10 made our visit very nice. Great food and great service! Read more

Great location right off the interstate and between Mobile, AL and DIberville, MS (which are the 2 bigger places for food along... this stretch). Really stepped up there game with great menu, very good daily specials and the salad bar never disappoints. Signup for there specials and you get really good deals. Often they have the 2/24 so that?s 2 entrees and an appetizer for $24. Had a nice bar area if you want a cocktail and watch a game. All of the food I?ve gotten was great, pub food type menu with somesouthern classics. Great service too! Read more

The food is good, the service is good (mostly), but this place needs a serious deep cleaning. We ordered from the 2 for $22... menu. We had the spinach artichoke dip with chips for the appetizer. I had a Classic Cheeseburger with fries and my husband hadthe Endless Garden Bar. The food came out quickly, was hot, fresh and tasty. Our waitress did a fine job, but there was someconfusion at the hostess stand when we arrived when the person assigned to seat us walked off and left us without talking to us(which was a bit awkward). In spite of that hiccup, the service was fine, the food was prepared well, the portion sizes weresufficient, and the value was excellent. The only serious flaw with this restaurant is a general lack of cleanliness. There isa musty smell as you enter (sort of like old mop water). There is dingy carpeting throughout the dining area with specks ofdebris visible. There were a couple of spots on our table that were missed by whoever was assigned to wipe it down. The women'sbathroom was smelly (urine) with the trash overflowing. There appear to be quite a number of employees working (which isunusual for most restaurants in our area due to staffing shortages), so I am not sure why they have not tackled these sanitationissues. Some of the interior fixtures are worn. The exterior of the facility is worn with dirt and green algae visible on thesurface. Because of these sanitation concerns I will probably avoid this location in the future. Update 2/11/22: therestaurant is MUCH cleaner. The service is better. The prices are a bit higher now. Overall, this restaurant has improved. I nowrecommend this location. Read more
First time at this Ruby Tuesday's in this location and a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant especially... being in a time that we're going through viruses and being unsure about our future. One of the pictures that I posted are of thespoon that was given to me to stir my coffee and what I wiped off of the handle of the spoon. The other picture was of my wipingdown the table with one of my cleaning wipes. Although the burgers that my sister and I ordered we're pretty good it will neveroutshine the filth that we had to deal with. We gave it the two stars just for the burgers. Sat at the bar on a Wednesday evening. One other person at the bar. Waited over 25 minutes for my food. Waited another 20... minutes for bread and butter. Bartender was not only tending bar but taking care of at least 3 tables while the?manager? wassitting down on her phone along with 3 other employees off and on. The place is a train wreck. Bartender was very friendly buthad no support. Oddly, kitchen staff kept coming out of the kitchen, walking through the dining room, going out to the parkinglot, then returning to the kitchen the whole time I sat there. Very odd. Nobody in charge seemingly and definitely nobodycaring about the service. Stay away. Read more
