We went to two today 7 3 22. Hurley location. Would only take cash. Went and got cash went back to only have the girl smirk and... tell me they don't take coupons. So they lost my business in Hurley. H&H hyw 63 did an amazing job. Be going there from now on. Read more

First time I'd ever been to this location. Nice clean. It has been a while since I've been to Subway the menu had changed some... they did not have a light mayonnaise or spicy brown mustard did not see oven roasted chicken to my favorites Read more

I've ordered off of the app twice in the last week. The first time half of my stuff wasn't even on the sub, it was just laid in... the wrapper. This last time every single one of my three subs were wrong. It's not that hard to read what I've ordered on theapp. I don't understand how they continually get it so wrong. With severe dairy allergies in my house its a very big deal forthe little girl who works there to just add cheese because she wants to. Read more

App took our money, order never went thru to the store. Asked for a manager, none on site. Employee called the owner, his answer... was to "recharge the customer for the food", let them fight with corporate. It's a shame that the owner will not come to thestore, when requested, to run his business, but perfers to leave uninformed teenages to run a business without any ability toprovide customer service.
