I placed my order today using the drive thru. I ordered a Dr. Pepper however the lady taking the order stated they didn?t have... it at this time. I changed it to a Diet Coke. Upon getting to the pick up window Mrs. Brenda (manager) said you wanted Dr.Pepper right. I said yes ma?am but the other lady said y?all currently didn?t have any. Awful customer service at the Drive thru. She was rude and down right disrespectful. It's a shame that customer service is nasty... however, the food was good. She needs to not work the drive thru window, her attitude is very funky at 5:56 pm, on 11/8. Read more
I waited in drive through for over 20 minutes before making it to the speaker, (one car between me and the speaker) got to the... speaker and was told to hold on and about fifteen minutes later I asked if the speaker was working, the employee was immediatelyrude throughout the entire order, I blame it on poor management. after I weeded through getting my order placed it was about 10minutes before receiving any food... I immediately realized they left out my Large fries and I waved my hand to get anotheremployee to help me as the window was closed in front of me. also they sent my family and several other cars away that werebehind me in line, after they all waited several minutes. Finally another employee responded to me and I asked for my largefries. that employee then handed me a bag that felt empty I looked in and I had a large fry carton about 1/4 of the way full.she had already closed the window and walked away without a word. I knocked on the window to get someone's attention theoriginal employee came back I asked "Is this what yall cake a large fry?" she said "I don't know what they call a large fry."she closed the window and walked away then the other employee came back with a proper large fry... she was rude she didn'tacknowledge me besides to roll her eyes at me. I chalk this up to piss poor management from base level up to at least regionalmanagement. Used the mobile app, placed the order and when I arrived it seemed as if i waited for about five minutes before anyone... acknowledged my presence and they didn't have what I ordered, the staff was rude. Unable to use the free frosty key chain Ipurchased when using the app. This Wendy's is horrible. Read more

This is a small town with mostly just a couple fast food places. This location, the food is always very good and I?ve had... nothing but good service. I recently got the summer strawberry salad with bacon and a champagne vin. with fresh grilled chicken.It was really good. Lettuce was fresh too. Conveniently located right off interstate. Read more
Finally got around to trying the breakfast at Wendy's and it was pretty tasty and a nice change from the usual breakfast... options. This location was pretty fast and the food was hot and fresh so well worth the stop if you want something a bitdifferent in the morning. Edit: got the chicken biscuit and a sausage and egg croissant this time and they were delicious. Thetouch of honey really sets off the chicken. Read more
