I was very pleased with the experience. The pizza was delicious but what stuck out most to me was the teenage(?) Boy , I think... they were calling him Joseph, who was working the counter was also running around cleaning up and making sure that the customersin the restaurant were doing ok. I was very impressed with how well he "got it" at such a young age. Job well done! The nexttime I visit this area I'll definitely be back! Read more
I hate to give a less than stellar review, however, this is needed. The prices are outrageous. $45.00 for a Large pepperoni... pizza & 2 subs! The quality and taste are average at best. Not to mention, in my wife's BLT sub, she had an 8 inch long hairwhich killed the rest of the meal. They need a complete overhaul. Not the worst place, but much improvement is needed to comeup to average overall standards. Read more

My family and I spent our vacation on the lake this week. We were very excited to try Elvio's. I am not sure what the issue is... here. We tried to order food twice on two different days hours before closing and were told both times that they were not takingany more orders. How this place stays in business I am not sure. If I was the owner letting money literally walk out the door Iwould be beside myself. No real explanation just we are not taking any more orders. Give me something, out of food, too busysomething. Today was the last straw for us. It is Wednesday not the busiest day I would assume. We arrived around 5:50 walked inand up to counter only to hear the same line from the young man behind the counter "we are not taking any more orders today". My husband , one of my daughters and I ate here on our way home from picking our daughter up at camp , and all I can say is this... place is amazing ! Great people , great service , wonderful food , nice patio . We got the specialty eggplant pizza and it wasthe best pizza we have had . My daughter for the Carol Ann pizza and she said it was amazing as well. We will absolutely eathere again when in the area ! Read more
I can not give enough positive praise for this delicious pizzeria! My husband and I have been twice (we are only in the area for... a few months) and I just want to let people know how amazing it is. Both times we have gotten the Carol Ann and the SmokedMozzarella Margherita and have tried them regular and Sicilian style and YUM! The flavors of the toppings are incredible and thecrusts are so chewy and delicious. and the staff is so sweet. The kids that help are so polite and we just were so impressed.Thank you Elvio's!
