Ordered my food online and allowed for ample time for my order to be prepared. After walking into the store to pickup my order... some smart mouth kid with long hair and no hat informed me that he called to let me know that they had run out of roast beef,apple and cherry pies. He called as I was walking in the store. Then he informs me that it wasn't his fault that they ran out ofthose items. Never apologized just wise mouth. Their food is good but not that good. How in the world do you run out of roastbeef, your main item? Read more

I travel all over thr country for work, and this Arby's is one of the worst. They were out of fish, fries, and other things.... They got my order correct, but my coworker ordered a beef and cheddar. He didn't get his cheddar. So he went to the counter andthey tried to charge him $.40 for the cheddar. At this point it should have been free, since they had no fries, fish etc. andall he was able to order was the sandwich. The kind girl on the cash register offered to pay the $.40. We wasn't going to letthat happen. It wasn't about the money. It was about principles and doing whats right. He finally got his cheddar and we couldhere the manager severely scold the young girl over $.40. This is very unprofessional and I feel the young girl should findemployment somewhere else. She was the professional one in the whole situation. The manager was very unprofessional andshouldn't hold that title. I ran a business for years and would have fired her on the spot if she was working for me. Read more

Weird visit. What?s going on here and how does it have an overall 4.1 stars? The folks working there seemed to be working... hard, but something isn?t clicking. If someone is at Arby?s for roast beef, there?s a greater than zero chance they are afterArby?s or horsey sauce. Nothing in the bag but the food which was only kinda sorta what we ordered. After a lengthy wait, freshfries are usually the consolation prize but not today. Squishy curly fries were a bummer. The lack of napkins must be the newArby?s classic, because there were two stacks waiting at the checkout counter. I say bring back the Arby?s classic roast beefinstead. Nice young man got us fixed up with sauce and straws. Read more

Never have been in an arbys where the manger I take it was so nasty to her employee. I knew it was bad when we arrived and... several employees and what I took and the manger were outside. We approached to order and the young man was taking our orderwhen this person I think was the manger yelled at the employee in a nasty way. We just turned around and left the store. Shewas yelling at the employee because that didn?t have any roast beef cooked. When does an arbys not have roast beef ready tosell. I felt so sorry for the young man. He was very polite and trying to do his job. There was no call for her attitude at all.Never stop there again. Read more
