The only thing that was worse than the food was the service! Every day same as the last. Most places at least have a good day... here and there. Not this place. It is a 100% GUARANTEE that every experience is is a horrible one. This place should be closeduntil the owner gets their life together. HORRIBLE How are you going to have the lobby closed at 8am (which it never is) Still accept online orders to pick up IN... Yesterday I order 3 kids meals 6 chocolate chips cookies 2 McDoubles add Mac sauce a large coke and an extra fry because one... comes with the $3.29 bundle. So I asked for a refund I just want my cookies the three happy meals and large coke. So the managerso called herself gave me a refund and didn?t. So they took $30.70 off my card. Thursday Aug 25th. 7:50pm. (Management complaint) Ordered a double cheeseburger bundle with Mac sauce AT THE DRIVE THRU ORDER... BORD. Guy tells me to pull around. I get to the 1st window, my order isn't showing up. The nice girl goes for help. The MANAGERcomes back and starts fussing at her, then turns to me and accuses me of cutting in line and not ordering at the board. He said" this isn't how we do things here, you have to wait in line" all already waited 20 min because the line was backed up to theroad. Obviously the person who took my order didn't finish keying it in. I have never had a so called manager accuse me of linecutting. His gapped teeth were repugnant as well. He needs to get his workers focused on their jobs instead of blaming acustomer for line cutting and ordering at the window instead of the board. What a joke of a human being. Read more
Took them over 45 minutes to Make this . The Hispanic girl brought it to me with a big smirk and as soon as she walked off she... started laughing and acting like a deranged animal so I knew better to drink it and poured it out . Took them almost an hour to make me 3 burgers like this . The wait time here is far too long . The employees are rude .
Every time I come here they are not only yelling at each other they yell and argue with the customers also. The tables are alway... dirty and have roaches. Read more
Not sure if the staff is having a bad day or just overstaffed and or overwhelmed? The food was good and I ordered a large coffee... and when I got my order it was a medium coffee and I inquired about the large coffee and was told they didn't have large cups, Ishould of been told that when I ordered.
