This is the first time ever ordering from Moultrie Papa John?s. I must say I was very disappointed in the food we received. We... drove 20 minutes to the other side of Moultrie passed a Pizza Hut to get Papa John?s because they are supposed to be the best.Yet got home with the 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. The crust was literally burnt. My granddaughter could not even eat thebreadsticks because they were so burnt. We did the best we could do with eating the pizza. But the rest had to be thrown awaybecause the crust was so burnt. To say disappointed is an understatement. This is not what you would expect from a Papa John?s.Please do better. People are spending money with you. Hard earned money and expecting what Papa John?s claims to deliver. Twice in a row i've had mold in my pizza dipping sauce. Im pretty sure thats the same sauce they use to make there pizza. gross

I said I would give this store one last chance because the last couple of times that I ordered, service has been extremely slow... and the food arrived very late. Who wants cold pizza? No one. My boyfriend ordered a pizza from them today and he had to calltwice to see what the hold up was. The first time a lady answered him and told him that the pizza was ready, but it had to sitthere for 30 minutes until they could deliver it. At that point I just wanted him to cancel it, because who willingly says thatto their customer...delivering a pizza that you know has just been sitting there and then it still has to make it to your house.The second time he calls a young man answers and tells him that they would be at our residence within the next minute or two,but 40 minutes goes by. At that point my boyfriend calls and cancels the order to request a refund. I am very dissatisfied withtheir service and it is a shame because I genuinely like Papa Johns pizza, but not if this is the service that comes with it. Read more
I got the new stuffed crust pizza and it was... not good. They said that they stopped doing Carry out at 9, then told me my... house was 3 miles too far for delivery. So He said let?s meet at the BP. I gave him the address for the one across fromWalgreens and he said it would be done in 30 minutes. I live 20 minutes away so I was gonna leave after the first 15 minutes. 14minutes after I ordered I get a call from the driver saying he?s at the BP. So I rush up there to find that he went to the wrongone. After everything was said and done I had to pay $20 for a $12 pizza THAT I STILL HAD TO PICK UP MYSELF.
